I had a most unpleasant experience with this gym's receptionist (the older woman). I have climbed all around Europe and never in my life encountered such rudeness, snobbism, and shock as that I received from this person. I am thankful that there are other gyms in Bruxelles to climb. This behaviour, communication ton and climbing community spirit (as experienced in Terree Neuves) is not something I want to support. Go instead to New Rock or Petit Ile to experience the good climbing community.

Not my favorite gym. It’s very small and the routes overlap each other so you have to wait a lot for others to finish their climbs. It’s super cramped too. The worst is how old the ropes and equipment are. There is no one checking on the climbing safety and I saw terrible mistakes being made and no one around to help. I won’t go back.

A lovely little climbing gym. All wall climbing, no Boulder. But cool workout spots if no belayer. This is one of the oldest climbing gyms in the world. Very crowded in evening.

The space is small so it gets overcrowded very easily. The routes traverse a lot from side to side so you are often on the way of someone or waiting for someone to finish so that you won't go against them. As most the other gyms that I know in Brussels it's top-rope only, and they don't allow you to use powdered chalk which is kind of a deal breaker for me when sport climbing. And this wouldn't be that bad if the lady at the front door didn't spend 10min interviewing me to be sure I was a student and under 26 while doubting my word, my ID and my student card. There's a small shop on the upper floor, a tiny bouldering area to warm up and some campus boards.

Nice and small. Near the city but there’s no bouldering routes so if your alone you might want to consider.

Nice and cozy place for climbing, but too small. We were around 30 adults. But, due to the holidays, there was also a group of kids + another group of teenagers. Too many people for such small space. It was great, tho, to see a person from the staff checking on everyone. However, he was there for everything (bar, reception, climbing hall...). In the shower, a note warning about the lack of warm water).

Nice historical gym, quite busy which compromises safety slightly, but not problematic. Very friendly&helpfull student worker; extremely rude, arrogant and unpleasant female owner, she was the only downside and ruined the experience..

Oldskool hard climbing. But it's also the place where you 'learn' to climb.

Not very high but with many routes. Often crowded being so inside the city. No longer allows the usage of powder chalk.

Small but fun spot to train. Lots of new routes every week.

Rude and incompetent. Totally disappointed by the service. We waited to pay but the guy was simply stayed on the phone.

Great climbing spot in the centre of Brussels. The routes are very technical and challenging, but also accessible for all levels.

Cool room. Really nice zigzagging boulders. It seems that now they're starting to add a second bolt to the boulders, since there has always only been one, and people falls constantly due to them turning.

Kids unfriendly place (despite charging €7 for "kids entry" & zero information on any rules & obligations by parents) and super arrogant staff (in agreement with several reviews below!) Very sad individual, named Isa if I can recall.

Very affordable and always has new routes! It's a bit small and it can get very crowded at times. Customer service is good ☺️

Spent two hours top roping here during our vacation to Brussels. It feels a little crowded because of the tight space, but everyone was nice and we enjoyed it.
