Verry crowded, we had to wait a long time to get our food and we had also ordered some extra fries they came 15 minutes late when we were done eating. The restaurant was verry crowded and as a group we could only order 3 different things on the menu.

This site is horrible and I do not recommend it at all. After arriving very early and sitting waiting for more than 45 minutes to be served, they tell us that the kitchen is closed and that they will not feed us. All staff, rude and unpleasant, work without a mask and the minimum security conditions against COVID-19 are not respected. They didn’t ask for our COVID-19 certificates, so we were risking our lifes for nothing. Although we could not eat, we saw that the prices were very expensive. Other customers also complained about the service, bad and very slow. Never go to this place, it is the worst of Brussels by far.

Not bad. Not perfect. Nice staff. Good alternative to the other and overcrowded places in the same area, for a coffee, a drink, or even lunch/dinner (cold inside beside the windows ). The fries and the tiramisu are good.

The food was very nice, beef stew (stoofvlees) was fantastic. Could also really recommend the cheese croquettes (kaaskroketjes). Service was relatively fast and staff was friendly. Our waiter understood both Dutch, English and French. The only problem was that the interior in the restaurant didn’t feel very cosy and the light was extremely bright, which didn’t add to the atmosphere.

Sat down expecting to chill out and order a drink with some snacks. After 20 minutes of sitting down without any menu the server finally noticed us and gave us one. Came back 5 minutes later, We ordered olives and two aperol spritz. Told us there were no longer any olives, butter, cheese, anything! We got the two aperol spritzes and expected that a drink would not be so hard to make. We were wrong, after waiting for about 50 minutes and about to leave, the server finally came back with two mojitos which we did not order. Other people had multiple course meals while we could not even be served even a single drink. Horrible service, possibly the worst I have so far experienced in Brussels. I do not recommend.

Very traditional Belgium restaurant. Spacious, quick. Okay place to sit for a quick lunch with a beer but wouldn’t see it as must eat

A good resturant and also situated at a nice place but the quantity is not upto the price they take. I ordered chicken dish it was filled with mushrooms and less chicken. Taste was okayish not bad not good but eat able. Authentic belgian beef dish was good. The rates are a bit on higher side so thing before ordering. Overall it was good.

Lovely Belgium restaurant. Host is very friendly and suggested their signature dish carbonade flamande (beef stew) that tasted really good. Beer is good too.

The food was amazing. We got the carrot which was the best soup I have ever had and the chicken Parmesan pasta which also had a really tasty sauce.

The atmosphere outside is so bad, they are killing the good vibes with their extremely strong lighting!!! It should be soft lighting Not for food, maybe only a beer.

Worst servant ever - the guy around 50, grey short hair. Extremely unfriendly. Super dirty toilets. Really the worst place I‘ve seen in a long time.

Had the braised beef stew today and was absolutely glorious. I'm on bed in my hotel still thinking about it. My friend has the chicken and mushroom vol au vant. Service was fabulous and the food was just top notch Definitely recommend, and was full of locals so obviously a great sign

Food is delicious, atmosphere is nice but service is low quality. If you come with a group, you won't be able to split the bill.

Such a great place, ideal to try local food like meatballs (they are HUGE) and sausage with stoemp- and a beer.

Our lunch was just OK, some meatballs in sauce that can never go wrong, the prices are too high for the unremarkable food though. The only available waiter was friendly and efficient, a young guy who did his best waiting for the full restaurant.

Too much time to wait for them to realize that they have clients on the table. The worse service I've experienced in Brussels center. We've been waiting around 20 min (no rush hour) for them to react. It seems they behave similarly with everyone 🙄

The menu is pretty simple but the dishes are prepared very well. Very kind waitress who gave us 2 dishes for free!

3,5 really, food is good but nothing woa. Quantity is good to big plates. Service is fast and friendly staff - otherwise the guy in black shirt look to be the boss, and acte like we are not around, not very useful on the floor. Please mate, trust your staff, this is maybe why you gave them the job on the first place. 🍻

Great bar-restaurant near the city centre. Outdoor seating area great on sunny summer evening while enjoying a Belgian blonde.
