    Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple burger order. The burgers are just lying there, ready to be served, but staff is generally not capable or willing to pick one up and lay it on a platter. Be prepared to invest some time when visiting this place. Really makes you consider the "fast" in "fast food".

    Some dude was screaming out of nowhere and the vibe is not very safe. They messed up my order and did not gave me mayonaise, they instead gave me ketchup which is awful. Also the drink was empty because apparently i was supposed to fill it myself. Overall the burger was pretty good but not worth it in my opinion

    I go regularly and regularly I am interrupted by the local homeless asking for food or money. It's more a problem with security in the station than with Quick.

    This Quick restaurant needs an inspection of Quick HQ urgently. It’s pure chaos, bad service, and you get a wrong order all the time. The hygiene is also questionable, the place looks really dirty. Also, Belgium has two official languages. If you yell order numbers, at least do it in French AND Dutch.

    Worst burger in my life. The bun was stale, the meat was overcooked and hard as a rock and there were only a handful of fries that came with my meal. At €10.50, the meal was way overpriced and of poor quality. I even had to pay €1 more for ketchup.... WHY?

    Don't go here if you like to enjoy your burger. The restaurant is dirty and the atmosphere is grim. Drunk homeless men will come beg for money while you eat. They are pushy, agressive and will ruin your meal. The staff doesn't seem to care.

    I am not going to talk about staff since they often switch, it's mostly a profession that employees only serve for a short while in between studies or other jobs. The food is below par. Its a burger shop with high throughput so don't expect a perfect burger or perfect service. Furthermore this is a part of the station where there are constant fights in between drunks and homeless people. Pickpockets will be active too. And the cornershop is generally very dirty and greasy. Don't expect a cosy family dinner time here. Pick up your burger and get the hell out of there. 😉

    Slowest "quick" in the world. I haven't seen a fast food restaurant with so slow moving people. Good for them. But if you are in a hurry (I don't know, like catching a train) don't go there. Crossing finger that one day it's going to be changed into a McDonald's.

    It was quite full... One terminal didn't want me to pay via any card when French was selected as a language - but it could be that just the payment of the terminal was broken... Went to another shop and came back to try purchasing in English - which worked and we had some fried cheese with a sweet chili sauce with two large drinks - tasted pretty good but only received water instead of sprite and coca cola Paid ~10€ which is not worth it, in my opinion

    Went it and ordered a milkshake on one of the machines. Got my order number called only to be told the milkshakes were no longer an option, after I paid for it … Good customer experience would mean shutting off your machines after you stop taking orders.

    i order a veggie burger and got a chicken burger. i am vegetarian since 4 years. it was almost closing time so no chance of having it changed. so, i spent ten euros to eat only small fries. didn't appreciate it. i am going to travel for 14 hours with no food in my stomach.

    Loic burger was actually leng. The bacon cheese chips were alright. The supreme burger was dry but apparently nostalgic according to my husband.

    Due to the high volume of customers on weekends and holidays, if you have a ticket or are in a hurry, please make sure to place your food order at least one hour before departure, as there may be delays.

    This quick joint is a disgrace to all the other joints.. they put the ketchup sauce inside the drink cup, why I couldn't find it afterwards. The coca cola that I tapped from the draft was more like sparkling water than coca cola. I am really disappointed..

    the service is very slow and rude, the place is dirty and smells unpleasant, the tables are not wiped after customers. But that's not the biggest problem, the biggest problem is a very rude boss/manager. There was a person in the premises who was not a customer, in my opinion under the influence of alcohol or drugs, when I got up to order, he tried to steal my things. The owner completely dismissed me, I ordered a refund because I wouldn't eat in such conditions. I haven't received any money, no one has ever treated me this way as a customer. Drama, I do not recommend this place, in fact I advise against it
