🫤 Meh. OKish to 'decent' local junk food. The problem is that they're always trying to grab you an extra 0,50€ for whatever reason, even when they screw up your order. Not a place to recommend by any means unless everything else is closed.

😠 Unacceptable service. We had to wait 30 minutes for a glass of wine and a comparable time for other orders. The waiter was too occupied with flirting with clients. Also to be able to pay we had wait another 15 minutes at the bar.

😠 When you see the guy preparing raw chicken then pick the suger up for your coffee without washing his hands you know it's time to leave. I would not reccomend!!!

👍👍 Stopped on the way to catch our bus. Nice, quick, and inexpensive. Self-serve on soups, drinks, desserts, and snacks. They do coffee drinks. Nice air conditioned side area to sit and eat. Good choice, we only spent 5€.

😐 This is usually my first stop for a breakfast when I come to Brussels by very early morning flights to Charleroi. Point chaud is always open from 5:30 am, does not matter if working days or holidays. I quite like their breakfast offer for 5-6€ but unfortunately, there are no options for vegans. Also...

😠 Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple burger order. The burgers are just lying there, ready to be served, but staff is generally not capable or willing to pick one up and lay it on a platter. Be prepared to invest some time when visiting this place. Really makes you consider the "fast" in "fast food".
