To be honest, I have not stayed at this hotel. I recently found out, however, that this hotel treated a cleaning lady who had been in service for 11 years very very badly when her husband died in a traffic accident. Her doctor gave her 5 days off. The hotel responded that she was not ill and wasn't happy about her absence. When she wanted 5 extra days off to go bury her husband in his home country, they denied this request. She was forced to give her resignation. This woman had just given birth and lost her husband. I read a lot of positive reviews about the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel. Now you know how people who have been cleaning this hotel for 11 years are treated. Very shameful.

Clean, basic rooms. Largest bed available was full size. No a/c. Room was warm with a small kinda overhead window. Hotel did offer a fan which made it easier to sleep. Good location. Okay for a 1 night stay. Hotel allowed for luggage to be stored but unattended in a locked room on 3rd floor

Very basic on a top A as A can be location. Everything was oke and worked, clean and best you can get for that money I would say. We payed something 60 euro for 2 smallest room they have. There is an elevator. Not too much noise and parking nearby was also not that expensive..

Central downtown and Straightforward.Fair price. The staff is really kind. If you stay more than one night could be good option to choose a bigger room :) Don't expect mini bar, coffee machine and any more then wifi, TV and bed but you don't need it because it is full of restaurants and coffee shops out there.

Amazing location, clean, fine rooms and nice staff on the 24/7 reception desk. It's not a 5 star hotel, but for the price and what we needed it was lovely. No frills, room in the tourist heart of old-town Brussels, about 8 minutes from central station which has regular links to the airport and rest of the continent, and 3 minutes from the central Square and arcade. Restaurants and bars right outside, ideal. Don't bring a car to Brussels, it's heavily pedestrianised, and the parking is limited.

The location is very good You are in an area where there are few hotels since it is in the center. Service and communication is very good. The rooms are small but very cosy You can hear the other people staying in the hotel since there is few sound insolation

The hotel is near the tourist places, so it is easy to go around. You will not have any problems looking for a place to eat. Restos and snack shops are just around the corner. It is really outdated but clean. The walls are thin though, so one can really hear people talking in the next room.

Even though i enjoyed my stay and planned to give full marks, their terrible service change my mind. I package was schedule to arrive during my stay, but was delayed. During my check-out I told them 3 times that I expected a package. I even left my luggage and told that I will pick up luggage and package at the same time. I was told it was ok and "that's fine". During the day I got a message from UPS that they have rejected the package and that they can attempt one more time if they contact them within one hour. I call the hotel 3 times within one hour and nobody pick up the phone (reception is suppose to be manned 24 hours). I get back to hotel to pick up luggage and they tell me than the receptionist did not make the connection that I had left the luggage and that he therefore had agree to accept the package. So he just refused since I had checked out. It was terrible loss for me, a loss much higher than the hotel bill. Bad experience.

Very small rooms but OK. Very noisy from street all night. Well situated. We left feeling very unhappy because they charged us upfront for breakfast but refused to reimburse for two days when they were unable to provide breakfast due to a large group in the breakfast room.
