I booked a single room, and the the day before I arrive they wrote me the room is small. But when I arrived I found a tiny tiny room downstairs, for sure small was not a word to describe it. No wonder they didn’t upload clear images of the room. It was really hard to get use to sleep in a tiny space like that blocked with walls and a short ceiling. I paid in cash as soon as I arrived and I asked for the receipt and the lady told me they will leave it in my room. But I didn’t received any receipt and no body was there even at checkout. Also it was really noisy, it was really hard to get to sleep because every step or anything happened in the hallway or upstairs or on the stairs you could hear all in the room really strong. Absolutely the amount I paid was too much for that kind of a room. And I travel enough for my work to compare it with other places. About the positive points I have to say the bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was big and clean. Coffee and tea maker in the kitchen to use. And location was ok and easy enough to get to the center.

It's a really good place for the price. The room was spacious and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable. Pedestal fan was provided as well since the weather was quite warm. Very good storage with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The bathroom was quite decent size as well. The room including bathroom were neat and clean. The room was supplied with the iron, ironing board and hairdryer. While there may not be any kettle/tea/coffee within the room itself, they do offer unrestricted access to a shared kitchen (with other guests). The kitchen is nicely equipped - good selection of teas, kettle, cutleries, plates, glasses, microwave, electric hob, fridge, nespresso coffee machine (with pods) along side a small dining table and a sitting area. The location is absolutely fantastic, whether coming from or going to city centre or other Brussels Stations (Midi/Zuid, North/Nord, Shumann, Brussels-Luxembourg) you're always in a close proximity to a busor metro station. There is a bus stop literally within a minute walk to get buses to city centre, while coming back the buses drop you at stations within 5 minutes walk. Some very nice cafes, pubs and restaurants near by too. We stayed for a week and it was a delightful stay - no issues whatsoever. The owners are quick to respond/sort out any issues and provide clear information before the stay begins.

From the outside you will wonder if your at the right place. The room is clean and with a mini-bar. The big plus..Kitchen in the hall were you can use the fridge, microwave or do some cooking and a coffee-machine which is considered cutesy (As was the fruit on your room). Their was one big downside.. No ashtray.

We have our own privacy suite in the back of a residential home. It is super quiet and clean. The water heater and heating system work great. We also appreciate the small refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishes. We can eat in if we want. The host has a bar and restaurant nearby. Great food! We are very happy with our stay.

We stayed in a small room downstairs on multiple trips. Yes, the room is small compared to American Airbnb/hotels, but on par with European standards. Blackout shades and a super comfortable bed made for amazing nights sleep. Perfectly clean. Location is fantastic. There’s a small shared use kitchen and the coffee was great. There’s even a little garden. And our hosts were so nice!

We had a beautiful weekend in Brussels staying here! Firstly we arrived early and Sara was super accommodating, allowing us to have an early check in as the previous guests had left early and the room was ready! The room was fabulous, very spacious and clean and a super comfortable bed. There is a kitchen available with was perfect for us to prepare breakfast. The guesthouse is in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with great access to the center of Brussels. I would highly recommend this for any visitor to Brussels.

Metto 3 stelle x la posizione e per il letto. La padrona di casa non si è fatta vedere dopo la consegna chiavi. Alla ns richiesta di tenerci i bagagli l'ultimo giorno in attesa del volo non ha risposto. Per non parlare dell'affitto concordato che è misteriosamente lievitato nonostante avessimo in mano la ricevuta speditaci in anticipo. No words.

J'ai cru que c'etait un hotel vu que sur Google il y a ecrit ca mais finalement c'etait un airbnb, nous avons pas passé la nuit la bas vu que ce n'etait pas du tour ce qu'on a cru l'etre. Chambre avec un frigo vide et une chambre au bout du jardin pas une chambre d'hotel.

Clean, somtimes was warm in the summer and no good WiFi

Very nice and clean rooms, with own toilet and shower. You can also use kitchen and make yourself some tea, coffee or use the stove or microwave oven. It was just a little bit noisy when there was some children above us. You can hear everything. But overall a good experience.

Extremely helpful staff, the room was big, very nice and clean. Recommended.

Friendly owner, Decent and clean rooms. Flexible attitude. One major negative (for me) is intermittent wifi. I mainly stay for work related visits, and lacking wifi hampers my ability to get some extra work done at night. Seeing the problem remains over several visits makes me uncertain if I will stay here in the future.

Amazingly comfortable for the price. Fresh sheets and an amazing shower. Small detail, there was no more coffee left. Just an empty box. However it was my fault for arriving so late so I could not mention this. 100% it would've been refilled otherwise

Great family managed place for your stay in Brussels. Friendly owner, very affordable prices, close to many EU buildings. Shared kitchen available. Clean. 10 minutes walk from Schuman.
