    When we come here we know why. The famous brand is deserved as the boutique is beautiful and each detail delicately selected. We try different gorgeous rings and we recognise the quality of the brand. The salespersons are kind and give us the useful information. But one of the salesperson lost patience and gave up the service for incomprehensive reason. So the quality of client service depends of the salesperson.

    The welcome is amazing, even in those difficult times. The boutique even thought of setting up a stand with hot chocolate, Glühwein, coffee and champagne of course! Special thanks to Sophie who went out of her way to find the perfect ring and was full of great recommendations !

    Service could improve a bit ... Staff gets confused in any situation different then usual. ... Some training would help improve customer relations ... Especially considering the brand

    Bought new wedding rings to celebrate our 20 years wedding anniversary. I am glad Cartier celebrated with us. Enjoyed our stay in the boutique. The boutique has an exquisite selection. Great admosphere. A lot of effort was put into place to ensure our safety during the corona pandemic. Stay healthy everyone.

    Requested an appointment and did not hear back. Given the fact I needed to travel just dropped by in the store (on a Monday). Be prepared to wait for 1h without an appointment, and don't expect any coffee/ water in the meantime. Once it is your turn, the experience changes. Beatriz took great care of us and we had a great purchase experience.

    We went to look for wedding rings, Mr. Tang was really professional and kind, he can tell our size just by looking at our fingers. He also gave us some good advice. I definitely recommend him.

    I am absolutely delighted with my experience at Cartier boutique. From the moment I walked in, the impeccable customer service stood out. I encountered a minor issue with my watch, and their swift resolution was impressive. (Thank you dear Lijie) The staff’s approach was refreshing, as they genuinely seemed more interested in assisting me rather than pushing sales. This level of respect for the customer's choices was truly remarkable.

    We walked in without an appointment but staff was very helpful to help us arrange a meeting. Jie was very professional and patient helping us make selections, overall the experience was very good and we made our choice right away

    Upon making a appointment at 3pm, I arrive at the boutique only to be told the said appointment was moved to 3:30pm. I understand stores can get busy and delay might happen but I did not receive any email nor calls informing me of the change. I find this slightly unprofessional considering the brand and the high standards Cartier is usually associated with. Will probably not go back unfortunately.

    Very crowded, I had to stay in line to enter. The stuff is not overly friendly or polite, they promised that they will be in touch with the product I was interested in and 3 months later I never heard from them ( p.s the product is still available in the website but requires a local shop seller to order it for you). I had the best experience ever in Cartier Luxembourg but the Brussels shop is a bad joke. Go elsewhere or buy online if you can.

    A horrible experience!! I spent almost 40 min standing up awaiting a sales person just to come and serve me but they showed no interest in doing so and I just left afterwards. Hands down..one of the worst Cartier branches!

    The Store is in general exactly what you would expect from Cartier. But the service is completely outstanding, I came twice for reparation and all my expectations where massively surpassed. First appointment was with Miss Duan Wei, the second with a lady whos name I unfortunately dont know, both providing world class service with kindness :) Always a pleasure

    Asked if I could quickly buy something without viewing (30 seconds) was rudely told I’d have to wait one hour minimum while the shop is filled with people who clearly won’t buy and will contemplate for hours - online shop > Cartier Brussels. Try to prioritize your real clients.

    Terrible customer service. Brought in a watch for repairs. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks. At the end of 3 weeks, I called to inquire. The phone number goes to a general line somewhere in the world where that person was unable to help me. It wasn’t until I got my salesperson’s name directly and emailed her that I found out they had sent me a notification to the wrong phone number. Over 10 days passed and she didn’t think to follow up by email. I went back twice to try and collect my watch but without an appointment, the wait time is long, even just for a pick-up. Bottom line: I love my watch and will continue to entrust it to Cartier for maintenance but I’ve had a much more pain free experiences in other countries.

    This was my first Cartier interaction and most certainly not the last one. From the initial moment you enter this seller in Brussels, they make you feel special. The collection is, of course, amazing and you may know it well from the web beforehand. It is not what, but how it is presented. In my case, Ms. Manal Ouazzani had guided me through the process. Thanks to her professional judgment and advice, I am more than satisfied with this branch. Because for me, it was not a Cartier purchase, it was a Cartier experience.

    If you come without an appointment, then be prepared to wait for at least 1 hour. Also, forget the idea of any demonstration/application of customer service. If you, yourself don't get up and ask for water (as basic attention) nobody will even bother to ask. Since we are at it, for a luxury brand, the champagne chosen to be served as a courtesy is sweet and of debatable quality. To sum up my experience in Cartier Brussels, it's a rich store run by poor people (in a cultural and business way). More enjoyable to go Parisian store or any other capital one, than the village quality that is offered in Brussel's.

    Always satisfied with Cartier and Great experience. Very friendly staffs and high quality items. We visited again here to celebrate our anniversary. The staff in charge helped all about our questions and did the best to meet our expectation. We are very happy and thanks for good memories.
