All our watches come from you, we have always been happy with the service and then I had to change my strap of my Tissot watch and the leather is torn "see image (defect on the leather)" of the Hirsch brand in your little shop a few meters away (closed recently) and when I return I am told to go to mister minit!! J'ai fait réparé ma montre "OMEGA" via le service technique du Magasin. J'ai du attendre 4 mois pour la ravoir car elle devais rentrée en usine. Malgré tout le service du magasin est impeccable car nous avons téléphoné plusieurs fois et nous sommes toujours tombé sur du personnelle patient. Ma montre est bien sur revenue réparée et dans un état impeccable et avec 2 ans de garantie. On remercie le magasin.

Durant cette visite, j'ai également demandé à pouvoir essayer les 2 Omega Reduced vues en vitrine. On ne m'a permis d'essayer que la moins chère parce que, visiblement, c'est tout ce que je pouvais me permettre à première vue. C'est un peu dommage d'être systématiquement jugée car on n'a pas de signe ostentatoire de richesse mais si la vendeuse avait été plus attentive à mon discours et à la montre que je portais à ce moment-là, elle aurait peut-être compris qu'elle passait à côté d'une potentielle fidèle cliente. Je sais qu'ils doivent en voir de toutes les couleurs dans ce quartier mais ça ne justifie pas l'arrogance. Il y a de bien plus sympathiques AD dans le quartier, à commencer par Yvan's.

Accueil sympa et endroit accueillant. Le personnel est attentif à vos demandes et pas obséquieux...ca change de certaines boutiques de luxe du haut de la ville!!!
