A very good bed&breakfast in Brussels. In terms of what to expect: Pros: - amazing location (15min walk to Brussels Midi train station, 10min to city centre) - very clear & timely communication from the host - tasty albeit repetitive breakfast (French toast, pastries, eggs, ham & cheese, yoghurt, coffee) - spacious room with daily cleaning - ability to leave luggage for storage after check out Things to be aware of: - a narrow and rather steep staircase leads up to the rooms - potentially challenging for families with small kids or people with reduced mobility - although located on a quiet street, noise isolation of the windows isn’t perfect, and some noises from the street can be heard (passing cars or ocasional loud passers by) even with windows closed; since there isn’t any AC unit, and we stayed during the warm season, we kept the windows open during the night and the noise of passing by cars (on a cobbled street) would at times wake us up. The floors from an upstairs room were creaky and also causing some noise, but nothing unmanageable. None of the above were deal breakers for me, and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a good value-for-money for a short stay in Brussels.

Xavier was an exceptional host. Great spacious rooms in the centre of Brussels. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, all with their outdoor seating. 10min walk from the train station, and 5 mins from the Grand Place. Breakfast was great, Daniel did a fab job of keeping us well fed! Thanks. Would definitely come back to stay here next time we visit the city.

We stayed for one night to visit Brussels. The location is super convenient, walking distance to the city center & Brussels Midi Station. The host was very friendly, communicating well in advance about the self check-in and breakfast choice. The room was spacious and very clean. We barely heard any noise from the street and slept very well. I would stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the X2Brussels Bed And Breakfast for three nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location of the B&B is perfect – it's conveniently close to both the city centre and the Midi railway station, making our explorations around Brussels incredibly easy. What really made our stay exceptional was the hospitality extended by Xavier, the owner of the place. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. His efforts to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable were genuinely heartwarming. Speaking of comfort, the bed and pillows at X2Brussels were some of the most comfortable we've experienced. We had restful nights of sleep, which is always a blessing when traveling. The breakfasts each morning were a highlight too – they were not only huge but also incredibly tasty, offering a great start to our days. A special mention must go to the thoughtful gesture by the owner on our last day. Knowing we had to leave early in the morning, he prepared a breakfast box for us to take along. This kind of personalized and considerate service truly sets X2Brussels apart. We are also grateful to the owner's mum, who added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. It felt more like staying with family than at a B&B. Without a doubt, if we find ourselves back in Brussels, we would choose to stay at X2Brussels Bed And Breakfast again. Our heartfelt thanks to the owners for making our stay in Brussels so memorable and pleasant.

Had a great time here, great accomodation, lovely hosts. The breakfasts were incredible! The host even gave us his homemade map of the city with his own tips. The accomodation is 2 minutes from the Manneken Pis statue and 10 minuts from Grand Place. Merci Xavier!

Myself and my wife enjoyed a really lovely stay at X2Brussels Bed and Breakfast in March 2023. The service was first class, with Xavier and his mother being fantastic hosts! They were both very attentive, helpful and friendly, with the freshly cooked breakfast a real treat! The whole experience is conducive for a good nights sleep with the room being very tidy and well laid out and the bed itself incredibly comfortable and cosy! Xavier has also gone to the trouble of producing and printing his own map of the city, with his favourite spots for food, drinks and culture all clearly laid out. This is particularly helpful as the B&B is only a 5 minute walk away from the City's main attractions, which really are very pleasant. We both had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend this B&B to anyone capable of climbing stairs.

What a cozy and lovely b&b, it was a bit tricky to find it due to the lack of visual advertising, however the place is super well centered, everything is so close. The hosts make you feel like home, and their breakfast is just the cherry on top of the cake! If you want to feel like home away from home this place is for you!

Clean, modern and spacious on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. Fantastic host who gives you customized tips depending on what you're looking to do. If I have the choice, I'll never stay anywhere else in Brussels.
