TLDR;
Incompetent
staff
that
has
no
place
advising
customers.
Shady
and
shameful
business
practices
that
are
probably
illegal.
Avoid
at
all
cost
going
to
that
shop.
You've
been
warned.
I
went
there
to
buy
usb-c
earphones
for
my
phone.
I
asked
diligently
whether
they
would
be
compatible
with
my
phone.
They
said
it's
usb-c
so
yes.
I
asked
again
and
they
confirmed.
Right
after
buying
the
earphones
I
immediately
tried
them.
No
less
than
2
meters
away
from
the
cashier.
Lo
and
behold,
they
didn't
work.
I
went
back
to
the
cashier
and
they
could
not
help
me.
I
then
asked
to
be
reimbursed.
They
told
me
they
couldn't
do
that.
First
because
I
had
tried
them.
Then,
they
told
me
that
the
earphones
worked
with
their
own
phone.
Hence,
the
earphone
worked.
I
could
use
them
on
my
pc
or
on
another
phone
...
I
confronted
those
fallacious
arguments,
but
do
you
need
a
degree
in
rhetoric
to
get
honest
service
?
I
told
them
they
sold
me
those
earphones
under
the
pretense
they
were
compatible
with
my
phone
and
they
were
not.
Hence
according
to
Belgian
law
the
sale
is
invalid.
Do
I
need
a
law
degree
to
get
proper
service
?
Eventually
they
told
me
they
couldn't
reimburse
me
on
their
own
accord.
They
needed
their
manager
to
agree
to
it
but
he
was
not
there.
He
would
be
there
the
next
day.
Maybe
if
I
came
back
the
next
day
in
the
morning
he
might
accept
to
reimburse
me.
I
have
a
work.
I
am
not
at
liberty
to
avail
myself
and
do
many
trips
to
that
shop
to
'maybe'
get
reimbursed.
I
am
appalled.
If
like
me
you're
trying
to
shop
less
online,
think
twice
before
going
there.
