Amazing coffee and bakes. This is one of my favourite places in Brussels for a coffee. Perfect flat whites and they often have some interesting batch brews if I’m in the mood for a second coffee. Delicious bakes, both savoury and sweet (see my picture for their latest offerings). Lovely, friendly, multilingual staff. Side note: I’m so glad they addressed the laptop issue by having laptop-free zones. There is nothing more frustrating than entering your favourite cafe with a group, only to find that every table is taken by one person with a laptop still nursing their €3 coffee for 3 hours. It’s terrible for business and ruins the vibe. I wish more cafes would do this. Kudos to Bouche for having the balls and business sense.

This cafe is just around the corner from the Fine Arts Museum in the upscale Sablon neighborhood. Gourmet meals and specialty coffee at a very reasonable price. The kind and attentive staff only enhance the experience at this little gem of a cafe.

Stepped in without any expectations, I asked for long black and what kind of bean they used. They have 2 kind of beans, a strong full body and sour fruity. I prefer fruitful taste even though I needed to spend 1EUR extra. Surprisingly, the taste was good and perfect! Ps. I read your story about how you built Bouche, its warm heart. 🥰

A lovely café near the Royal Palace with a welcoming staff, superbly brewed coffee, and a selection of delightful pastries, both sweet and savory. I discovered this shop while walking to the museums in this area. It is a long narrow space with seating in the back and some tables outside. The coffee was wonderful brewed perfectly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The seating area is cozy, a place for coffee, not work on a computer. A lovely spot to sit and savor your coffee. If you are visiting the area, don't miss it.

Superb specialty coffee!! In addition to the coffee, and the relaxing interior design, the staff are extra friendly. One of my kids broke my coffee cup, and not only they’ve been chilled about it, they also replaced my coffee for free. I truly appreciated it. Highly recommended

The love to detail and hand in hand work of speciality coffee and staff dedicated to deliver the best experience in a very design place. Though there are other coffee shops in the street this will forever be my first choice! And for those looking for a snack, be aware that the kitchen is going to surprise the hell out of you with seasonal colorful plates. Being invited to the tastings was just the best. Thanks

We came here in the morning for breakfast. We got a scone and a pastry with sun dried tomato. We also got a flat white. The coffee was really good. Beans aren't overly fruity. Would come back for the coffee. Scone and pastry were also good Price is reasonable and I loved the ambiance - very chill and relaxed. Service is friendly and fast. Would recommend this place for coffee and pastries. I would come back to try their cookies and cinnamon buns

Cinnamon Bun at Café Bouche was one of the softest and most amazing tasting ones I've had in my life. It was moist, buttery, had loads of cinnamon filling and made me want to eat more and more. Even if you are full already. Chai Latte is homemade. Loved the intensity and harmony of spices. 😍 Miss this place already! Few tables outside. And space for more people inside. Service was lovely!

Casually discovering this gem of a store, we were immediately welcomed by a rich and inviting coffee aroma. The ambiance is tranquil, making it the perfect setting to enjoy their exceptional dopio espressi, flat whites and matcha lattes. A favorite amongst the young and trendy locals.

The cinnamon roll was very dry and the matcha latte was bad. The café is well located and the atmosphere is cosy, but overall it is definitely not worth the price.

Both the coffee and the food were excellent. A nice selection of beans was available for purchase. Highly suggest the tomato/cheese pastry if you’re craving savory snack.

I highly recommend this place to anyone that admires good coffee but also if you just want a good cup of coffee. Fantastic bean selection and an amazing and knowledgeable service. One of.the best coffee places in the city.

on the first day in Brussels, i passed by this cafe and there were some groups of people in their outside seatings. it looked pretty cool so i remember this place and finally visited on my last day in Brussels ! and they didn’t disappoint me at all.. the staff was super kind and helpful. he explained their menu really well. i was kind of exhausted when i just arrived this cafe because i was wandering outside under the sun for more than 30 minutes, but their iced coffee and vegan bun sandwich was simply good ! (i’m not a vegetarian and i don’t like cauliflower very much, nevertheless it was delicious !) this cozy place gave me opportunity to recharge some energies.. plus, they have enough outlets at each seats and allow to use your laptop (but maybe only in certain area ?!) ! if i were a citizen of Brussels, it would definitely be my regular go-to place.😎😆

10/10 coffee! The staff is sooo sweet and friendly, I didn’t want to leave. Coffee it’s really tasty with perfect notes of roasted beans. I didn’t try the pastries but they look good. There is a considerable seating area. Definitely I recommend as a specialty coffee place in Brussels

Close to the center, this delightful coffee place is one of my favorites in Brussels. Cute and quirky, their cups add an extra touch of joy to the overall experience. It's the perfect detail that sets this place apart. :) Additionally, the staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cappuccino freddo - 5 stars First time trying this and it was delicious! Usually I get hot drinks because the iced ones lack the texture of the frothed milk, but this was the perfect solution. Cinnamon roll - 3.75 stars A little on the dry side. Clean and loved the decor. Appreciated how friendly Antoine (hope I'm spelling this right) was, answering all my questions! Will be back if I'm in the area.

Great specialty coffee place, probably the best coffee I’ve had in Brussels. Glad to see filter options available too. Reasonably priced for the quality of coffee and excellent service too. Also love the overall aesthetic of the cafe. Worth visiting before or after walking around the museum.

One of my favorite coffee place! Also the best Macha latte in town ;) Lunch is delicious as well, a pity that they raise the price of the chicken and replaced the smoked aubergine :(

2022.05.05 The last Cafe visit before leaving Brussels. I am glad we did visit. Nice Specialty Cafe. The Hot Americano was to my perfection. City place. A very friendly Barrista. Nicely decorated. A good space inside to social, read, or work.

Amazing coffee, perfectly steamed micro-foam milk for the flat white with oat milk i ordered. Probably the best in Brussels! Glad they have this new location. I will be back to try the food soon. :-)

Everything for your bouche and to warm the heart. A little tugged away speciality coffee shop with all the hipster trimmings. They excel at their pastries and at taking coffee making as an art seriously. They’re a little gem. The only sad thing is that RIP the double espresso at 3 euros, even our bouche will be feeling the economic pinch.

Very cute coffee place near the center. I tried a cappuccino and a matcha latte and they were both delicious. The seating area inside is very nicely decorated and there’s a relaxed atmosphere.

This place is were i had the best cappuccino i have ever tasted i dont know where is the secret was it the traditional cup or the silky milk the friendly staff it just got it . Very beautiful place and cozy cant forget that. And im sure coming back

It's rather small inside, and seats are very close to each other, but interior is nice and cosy, and the stuff is very friendly. Drinks are very good quality but rather small (especially a glass for tea was tiny, americano was a bit disappointing in size as well. Chai latte though comes in a good size cup and I can definitely recommend it). The bakes are simply divine, I'll be definitely back just to eat another roll like this one.

This was a wonderful find. Amazing coffee and really lovely range of food. The staff were really friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy working there, always a good sign.

We didn’t have much time, but the service was quick. The coffee and chocolate milk were really nice. We ordered cookies but they forgot them. When we asked for the cookies they were sold out. However the waitress was so extremely kind and offered us brownies, free of charge. She also apologised 5 times or so, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for us. We kept thinking about the kind waitress the entire ride home. Thank you!

Came here for a latte to go so I didn't stay much inside. From what I saw while waiting, it's nice and hype, full with people, coffee is delicious and there's also some food options. Would love to go there and sit inside next time. Oh yes, I saw somebody special inside ❤️

Delicious coffee, comfortable space, skilled and pleasant baristas. Great place to spend early morning. Espresso was solid joy, flat white - nice and smooth, cinnamon bun - stunning.

Stopped by and was very surprised by the quality of coffee and service! Such a special place I would definitely return to 💖 For those who come with laptops, there are laptop friendly zones in the corner but I’d find a better place to work.

By far my favourite cafe in Brussels! Super(!) friendly staff, nice coffee, good lemonade, the best tea infusion and the best cookies. I usually go to cafes to work and here is the only place where the music isn’t as loud and also very cozy. There is an assigned laptop desk at the back so no people passing (except for the staff, but it doesn’t bother me). Love it so much I will keep coming!!!!!
