It takes so much time to organize, for somebody who is having a foreseeable schedule it might be ok, but for anybody else a nightmare to work with them. They got a prepayment but it will be really difficult not to loose this money

J’ai pris un abonnement 6mois, tout s’est très bien passé jusqu’à aujourd’hui ou je remarque que j’ai été débité 2 fois en juillet. Pour l’instant, ils n’admettent pas, ils ne veulent pas me rembourser. De plus, depuis mai j’ai bien précisé à mon coach que je faisais que 6mois et que mon contrat s’arrêtait fin juillet. Il m’a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problème. Je m’aperçois ce jour que je suis débité pour le mois d’août. Mon abonnement s’est renouvelé alors que j’avais précisé que j’arrêtais. Le coach aurait du me prévenir que je devais envoyer un mail un mois avant la fin du contrat précisant que je stoppais l’abonnement mais il ne m’a rien dit. (J’avais précisé 3mois avant que j’arrêtais) Je me retrouve avec un nouvel abonnement de 6 mois que je n’ai sait pas payé. Je trouve ca honteux.
