I
went
to
this
shop
to
switch
my
fixed
internet
to
another
type.
The
1st
proximus
staff
(student
intern?)
suggested
that
I
gave
back
my
internet
box
(B-box3)
so
that
they
could
set
up
a
new
product
for
me.
I
went
home
and
came
back
with
the
box.
A
2nd
staff
(intern
as
well?)
talked
to
the
1st
intern
and
asked
me
whether
I
want
to
cancel
my
existing
contract.
I
thought

was
following

agreement
I
made
with
the
1st
staff,
so
I
said
'yes'.

2nd
staff
printed
out
the
cancellation
form
and
handled
it
to
me.

asked

the

to
