I just arrived here from the States and I was having a problem with my cell phone in that it was not recognizing Proximus towers. Telephone support could not help me. I went into this store location and the young man (who has a relative in Long Beach), helped me immediately and my phone is now working perfectly.

Terrible client service!!!!! They are rude, and avoid questions,yet for new clients they take thier time (more than an hour) but if as a client you need help, really good luck that somebody help you there.. Proximus is a faud, I recommend you to go to any other service but here..

They are friendly and helpful. However, they don't let you come in to look around at all. So you must know what you want prior to entering.

Still waiting activation for sim card, they told me everything is ok in 1 day, still waiting 1 week, thanks.

Just because I dont speak French doesnt mean that I don't understand it. Employees talking trash about the clients... despicable!

I went to this shop to switch my fixed internet to another type. The 1st proximus staff (student intern?) suggested that I gave back my internet box (B-box3) so that they could set up a new product for me. I went home and came back with the box. A 2nd staff (intern as well?) talked to the 1st intern and asked me whether I want to cancel my existing contract. I thought he was following the agreement I made with the 1st staff, so I said 'yes'. The 2nd staff printed out the cancellation form and handled it to me. I asked "what about the switch to another internet type?". Both staff got extremely iriitated and asked my why I wanted to cancel my contract. They could not set up the internet product that I wanted without an existing contract, I guess. The worst of all is the 3rd staff (the store manager?), who has been listening in the whole time. His reaction after the mistreatment of a customer is to insist that I put on a mask ( I had home made mask on) or else. The 2nd intern eventually said he cancelled my cancellation request and handed back my B-Box: 'It might take some days before Internet service resummes.' I went home and had to go back to the shop for the 3rd time, because the 2nd staff did not give me the right charger for the B-box. After 24 hours, I am still waiting for the internet service that I paid for. I am a long time Proximus customer. This store needs a major staffing overhaul.

Just got back from this Proximus shop where my wife and I established a Belgian mobile account. We could not be happier with the service we received. The young man who helped us, Aurélien, was friendly, patient, and excellent at explaining the different options to us. And his English was great. What could have been a very trying experience turned out to be less of a pain than other such encounters with providers in the States. Merci Aurélien!

Working hours, staff closed the door and was happily chatting inside. Nobody cares about the customers

Bad workers bad shop bad service

Proximus really knows how to rob a client. The phone bills are very expensive the moment you go over your package even for 500MG of data, which they charge 60EUR for! It's absolutely ridiculous and a sleazy way to rob clients. Unsubscribing! Zero trust to this company!

I was completely lost and the salesman (Antoine, I think it was?) really helped me understand what I was getting. He was really patient with all my questions even the stupid ones. At no point did I feel that there was a language barrier. He did his best to make himself understandable to me who didn't speak any French/Flemish Thanks again Antoine
