like
to
update
this
comment
based
on
the
recent
response
from
the
clinic.
It
is
unacceptable
that
you
are
attempting
to
justify
yourself
with
incorrect
statements.
First
of
all,
I
understand
your
three
different
options,
although
no
one
ever
informed
me
about
option
c).
The
receptionist
only
mentioned
options
a)
and
b).
If
I
had
known
that
you
might
not
be
able
to
perform
the
removal
at
your
clinic,
I
would
not
have
come
(yes
of
course
you
did
not
want
that).
Secondly,
and
most
importantly,
please
do
not
claim
that
I
provided
different
information
on
the
phone;
it
is
unacceptable!
The
doctor
explained
to
me
that
the
reason
she
couldn't
perform
the
procedure
is
because
it
is
on
the
head,
which
I
clearly
mentioned.
The
head
is
an
area
with
more
blood
flow
than
others,
making
this
procedure
require
a
nurse,
which
you
do
not
have.
This
is
something
the
receptionist
should
have
been
aware
of.
Once
again,
charging
80
euros
for
a
5-minute
consultation
just
to
refer
me
to
a
different
clinic
is
disgraceful!

I
had
a
lipoma
on
the
head
and
I
wanted
to
remove
it,
so
I
called
for
an
appointment.
I
was
very
clear
on
the
phone
about
REMOVING
the
lipoma.
The
lady
on
the
call
suggested
to
book
the
appointment
with
one
of
the
surgeons
since
itâs
about
a
removal,
I
agreed,
and
she
just
mentioned
that
it
might
not
happen
in
the
first
appointment,
which
was
fine
for
me.
I
went
there,
the
doctor
saw
me
for
5
minutes
to
tell
me
that
they
DONâT
do
removals
there
(!!!)
because
it
requires
a
nurse
and
they
donât
have.
She
advise
me
to
go
to
another
doctor
(in
another
totally
different
clinic)
and
charge
me
80euros.
Seriously?
Itâs
unbelievable
that
the
secretary
doesnât
know
what
kind
of
services
they
have
(or
maybe
she
does,
but
doesnât
care)
Absolutely
NOT
recommended
clinic.
