1/5 Shelby M. 1 year ago on Google
I've
been
a
loyal
customer
for
4
years
now
and
was
quick
to
recommend
this
place
to
friends.
I
only
go
for
brow
waxes.
Service
is
notoriously
slow
but
the
women
always
do
a
lovely
job
by
the
end.
They
take
their
time
with
my
eyebrows
(tweaking,
the
whole
shebang)
which
usually
make
all
their
"quirks"
worth
it.
Loooong
wait
time,
below-average
quality
products,
etc.
I
won't
be
returning.
As
always
I
waited
at
the
front
with
little
to
no
acknowledgment.
20
minutes
into
the
wait
I
saw
a
sign
stating
a
$15
credit
card
min.
I
figured
I'd
just
never
noticed
it
before
since
I've
used
by
DEBIT
card
for
4
years.
I
considered
leaving
and
coming
back,
but
had
already
spent
a
good
portion
of
my
lunch
break
waiting.
The
sign
specifically
noted
CREDIT
cards
so
I
figured
I
was
good.
They
finally
get
me
back
and
the
lady
ripped
wax
off
my
face
in
(literally)
under
30
seconds.
No
tweezing
or
anything.
I
didn't
have
the
heart
to
ask
her
to
clean
off
the
wax
on
my
cheeks/jaw.
Afterwards,
I
was
basically
humiliated
for
wanting
to
pay
with
a
card
(like
most
people,
I
don't
carry
cash
post-COVID
without
a
reason).
NOTE:
I
ALWAYS
TIP
WELL.
$5
every
time,
even
after
their
price
raised
from
$8
to
$10.
It
would've
added
up
to
the
$15
min
anyway.
I
was
humiliated/shamed
and
just
stood
there
like
an
idiot
holding
the
same
debit
card
I've
used
to
pay
(&
tip)
them
for
FOUR
YEARS
while
she
scolded
me
for
not
respecting
the
minimum.
($5
short
BEFORE
tip?
...Come
on.)
I
didn't
know
what
else
to
do
besides
offer
to
take
more
time
from
my
meal
break
to
go
get
cash
back
somewhere.
I
spent
$10
to
receive
very
poor
service
and
be
disrespected
like
a
little
kid
in
front
of
other
clientele.
Humiliating.
I'll
be
taking
my
business
to
a
salon
that
actually
earns
a
generous
tip.
("Earns"
=
the
bare
minimum.
I'm
not
picky
whatsoever
and
know
the
struggle
of
customer
service.)
Too
bad
they
won't
know
or
care
they
lost
a
regular.
