    Very gross my food was burnt! Just very gross and expensive place! My food it plate it self was not done! The lady in the drive thru was very rude no gloves no hair net on any of them! I would like an explanation from the owner, because no businesses should be run like this! All good should be cooked fresh not just set underneath a hot box! We spent 33 something dollars on this food for it to just get thrown away!

    I have eaten at Taco Cabanas before. In general, most of them are excellent (for what they are) but this one in Bryan, Texas is by far the absolute worst. For starters there is no salsa bar??? That's the reason I came here. My wife and I are the only done in patrons here. The guy who waited on us was young, inexperienced, and not knowledgeable about his job. The food is highly underwhelming as well. The chips are stale and the queso is some sort of generic Velveeta mixture. I do not recommend eating here. $22 and maybe $5 worth of food. There is a reason Taco Bell is king of the Trashfood Mexican fastfood chains.

    On a Saturday at 3 pm the dining room was locked and no sign explaining that it was closed. Drive through was 10 cars deep and I sat in line for 10 minutes and did not move an inch before I got out of line and gave my money to Sonic next door. Thank you Taco Cabana for my Sonic number 2.

    So we ordered Mexican Plate and chicken quesadillas… Mexican plate looks like it sat for days before we got it! Chicken quesadillas were rock hard, chicken burnt inside. I asked for sour cream, quac and hot sauce and reassured me it’s all in the bag… we had 1 sour cream and 1 salsa? I love taco cabana! But this is the first for me that I’ve had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Sad since it’s one of the last in BCS! I’ll never eat here again!

    Not a good visit. The chips had a burnt taste. The refried beans were tick and dry (old). The rice was like chicklets, the salsa was watery. I guess we learned a lesson. Do not go here late at night. Or do not go here at all.

    I had the street tacos and was pleasantly surprised. Fresh, spot-on flavors. The downside was: we ordered a 3-pak, got 2 each. The girl at the drive-thru window indicated they'd give us to large tortillas to compensate for being out of the small. We still only got 2 tacos on small tortillas. 2 might do for a quick appetizer.

    Order asada street tacos, meat was flavorless, luke warm at best with some clumps of meat refrigerator cold, dry and chewy. Customer service was good, food quality and taste was disappointing. I will not return. Why be in business if you are not going to put out a quality product?

    We use to always love eating from Taco Cabana but ever since Covid the food just isn’t the same. The last time we ordered the flour tortillas were hard. This visit the rice was crunchy and clumpy. The employee that took our order today was actually polite (usually the service is awful). Maybe one day we will learn to stop giving them chances.

    I had the quesadilla, frozen margaritas, and a Dos XX beer all were very very tasty. The frozen margaritas were the kind that give you brain freeze but the tequila was a famous brand I think CasoBlanco but I'm not a big Tequila drinker. I used Door Dash and everything was cold, frozen, and hot they insulate their food really good.

    They just lost a customer of coming at least once a week. I placed 3 orders of enchiladas: 1 with 2 chicken enchiladas, 1 with 2 beef enchiladas, & 1 with 3 chicken enchiladas. We got the beef ones correct, but the other 2 were CHEESE ONLY!!! WE DID NOT EAT THEM AND I WASTED MY MONEY!!!

    Purchased the Tex Mex enchiladas(2) with two bean and cheese tacos. Had to substitute the Tex Mex for Queso which is no problem. I would like to point out the kindness and prompt service I received. Very much appreciated for all of those who were working very hard. Thank you! See you soon!

    This place is pretty okay. I do not recommend going here for breakfast tacos. My expierence upon multiple tries has consistently been very mediocre breakfast tacos and frozen, iced over hot sauce. Everything else has been pretty decent in my expierence though. It's just not a good breakfast option.

    It was freezing cold in the building. And they didn't have a salsa bar open. But otherwise everything was perfect. Plenty of good hot food and super friendly staff who brought me, from the kitchen, as much salsa as I wanted. This particular location is always first rate.

    Was craving steak quesadilla and it’s one of my favorite drove to Bryan to drive through order quesadilla lady at drive through was very sweet and polite it’s around 4:30 came back home to my surprise it was cheese quesadilla saw the receipt which I never take saw I was given wrong receipt very disappointed

    What I don't understand is how this location continues to door dash. The SECOND time ordering (first was Uber Eats) and they still let the dasher forget my quesadilla AND BLAMED THE DASHER FOR FORGETTING IT! This location is a joke. Pay attention to the orders! It can't be that hard to read!

    I ordered via DoorDash. Everything on the receipt was correct however all 6 tacos were wrong, the chips were missing, and both drinks were missing. I tried to call at least 30 times to make sure the new order that was sent out is correct and not a single time was the phone answered. I don’t understand how every single thing can be wrong with a correct receipt. 0/10 recommend.

    This place was not good at all. Bean and cheese tacos were tasteless and runny. Bacon and egg equally dissatisfying. Ate in and it was not clean. Staffing was minimal and I do feel for them but food was really bad.😱

    Staff a bit unfriendly, need to make sure ur order is taken correctly the 1st time or the staff gets upset because they have to redo the order again. Cashier needs to learn how to repeat the orders back to the customers to avoid such problems

    Used to come here quite frequently since I moved down to CStat several years back. However, as of Spring 2022 I noticed that often my orders would be missing an item or two and I’d have to go back, and after this happening multiple times I stopped going. I was in the area and tried them again to see if this had changed, and unfortunately it had not. It’s concerning that this is still happening even with staff changes. Editing to add that of the items I did receive, one of them wasn't right either. So at this point they're forgetting items and not giving the correct ones.

    Just horrible service. Asked for large quac and large queso, with the, I think, correct assumption that it comes with chips as advertised. Employee was dissmisive over speaker to begin with and we received the order with no chips. When asked, the employee rudely states "well you didn't ask for chips" and still didn't offer to add some, which we would have paid for if need be. It's a wonder this place is still in business.

    Horrible service. The employees were very rude and dry. Like they did not want to be there. I will take my business to Rosa's Cafe. Way better service and better food.

    Very rude employees except for the new young lady taking the order!! I had never been to a Taco Cabana and if this is the way that you treat your customers, I will not be back.. as for the food, it was just thrown together, I was not impressed

    I have tried calling in and order for 2 dozen breakfast tacos 3 differerent times on 3 different days and it was told that they are too busy and can not make them. I even said I could come in and wait or pick up at a later time but they just say they ate too busy. At least tell me it will be ready on an hour or 2. I can understand and so that, but the person on the phone just wont take the order. Bad buesness. I can go to a packed restaurant on a busy weekend and get a large catering order in an hour. Their is no excuse to not be able to make a simple 2 doz breakfast tacos in an hour and a half. Makes no since.

    Clean tables and restroom, awesome service, very professional staff and attentive management. I'll definitely be visiting this location again. Would recommend this place for any thing from a date night or family night taco night all the way to a business luncheon.

    Changing my rating from awhile back from 5 to 4 stars ⭐ I won't nitpick everything that isn't 5-star quality because this is a very different world we're living in now. If you stayed working at this store throughout COVID, then you see the same changes I do. If you've been here even longer than that, then you probably remember this place even better than I ever knew it! So my lower rating is simply to say that I like you guys, and I'd like to see you do better. But I know it's not easy with the workforce; so, I'll be praying for you to receive the help and the resources you need to be what I know you can 🙏🏼✝️💙
