    Not bad , but it was definitely overpriced being it was a big football game going on in Bryan College station for the weekend . The dove soap dispenser in the showers were nice ..also there’s a Keruig coffee maker in the run along with a small fridge and nice size led tv on the wall . The room had somewhat of a funny smell so we went bought candles . If you’re traveling for the football game it’s very close to the stadium not walking distance but about a 8 min driver/Uber . Also there’s plenty safe parking and the hotel has nice small pool outside . Front desk staff was very friendly

    The web page of holiday Inn has a loop with Android phone and every time you select the travel dates it change it to the actual date. So my dates were wrong. I arrived 30 min prior the end of the wrong date and the hotel took advantage of it and instead of letting me know, they skip all procedures and gave me a room. I went to a tournament and when I returned at night the room was taken by other guests. When I went to the front desk. They made me pay for 2 extra rooms as at that moment they did have more rooms. If they were honest in the first approach I wouldn't have to pay for 2 rooms. The lady that was in the night shift told me to fight for my money as there were many wrong procedures during my first check in. Some of my kids belongings get lost (we didn't notice until we arrive home because they thought they were at home). I have been reaching customer service for 2 week. The hotel manager has been lying saying she has contacted me. They only contacted me when I gave a bad review at Google saying that nothing was lost as if she know that I am missing. They never fill the lost and found so they don't have a clue of what was in the room. I have been asking for answers and she denied to answer. The only way she answers is with bad reviews. I am sorry I have to do this but is the truth and she has no way to profit different.

    The walk-in showers were nice and the human size shampoo and conditioner were so convenient for someone with long hair and no packing skills...pfft Morning bfast was surprising. Who ever makes the gravy for the biscuits and gravy needs a raise. That was on par with any restaurant. Great staff with work station for business use. 👏

    If you have a service animal and you stay here beware of an extra $250 charge for your stay. We called prior to our stay and was assured service animals were accepted. After the stay they demanded proof of registration and date of when service animal was registered which is so totally wrong. Never before have had this problem at any other establishment.

    Great experience, no complaints. I imagine the location rating is subjective, but it is dependent on what you are in town to do. It's perfect for my needs. They have a nice and friendly staff from what I experienced.

    The bathtub is super slippery. Other than that, everything s clean and modern. Breakfast is good. Thermostat on the wall is easily adjusted. I would stay here again.

    This hotel is very clean and tidy. They have a large gym on site with fantastic workout equipment. Also, there is a swimming pool and was open in Jan. Loved it. Hope I can bring my family to enjoy it as well. Thanks for keeping it and taking care of the place!

    We are on night one of a 2 night stay at this hotel and dreading it already. Room is tiny and did not have a sleeper couch as advertised. There is no hot water and I was informed by the front desk lady that this is possibly because they have a group of girls staying at the hotel and that they may have used all the hot water or something may be broken. Either way that she is not a maintenance mechanic and could not help. So I guess a weekend of cold showers it is. Roller blind is not in its tracks. All in all our most disappointing hotel experience yet with money down the drain.

    We had to sleep in a room on the first floor which reeked of sweat. Late into the night we were woken up by a loud repetitive banging of someone’s headboard in the room above us. The racket went on for a bit, and we couldn’t call the front desk because there wasn’t a phone in our room. They eventually finished up, but then that was followed by a sharp continuous thud, likely the sound of a cheerleader practicing because of a cheerleader event that was occurring during our weekend stay. I sincerely believe a motel would have provided a better experience.
