Small YET great shopping center INCLUDING a seasonal festive carnival

There is very easy access to this shopping center. Getting out isn't a problem because you have so many places to exit and can exit at a light controlled intersection if traffic is heavy. Plenty of places to park and it's kept it good condition. I always come here to King Dollar and sometimes CiCis Pizza.

They need to change the name or sign The name on the sign said nothing over 1 dollar went you at the store inside they have different prices.....

Having never shopped a "King Dollar", I was unsure what to expect when I entered. I was flabbergasted at the volume of merchandise and the expansive variety. I couldn't find prices for anything, but a quick chat with the cashier educated me to the flat rate price that applies to EVERY ITEM. Super affordable. A great place to pick up household needs, grocery items, clothing staples, paper goods, or a little guilt free self indulgence without breaking the bank.

Everything is marked more than 1.09

NOVA MEDICAL IS THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT TOWNSHIRE MALL. AND THE 5 STARS IS MEANT 4 THEM.

Sign misleads... Most items now 2 bucks +, low quality items. Got to WalMart... (if you must)

It should be called "King Two Dollar." I do like allot of things they have but it's getting boring like the 99cent store did.

This location always had a great variety of items and is usually pretty clean.

The customer service was outstanding! The prices you can't beat for what I went after.

The reason I give Townshire 1 star is because of the vacancy that's there. The 1 star is not for the businesses that have stayed, but for the fact that it's a big empty parking lot. The beat up gas pumps on the front line is an eyesore. I understand that the economy have changed, but it's hurtful to see the potential in a place but nothing is being done about it. I would love to see that area loaded with stores/shops so it could bring people together and not look like a desolate wasteland. Downtown Bryan got a make over. Why not keep going?

Went to Nova Medical Center for some testing. The staff were really nice and pleasantly answered my questions.

when I actually came to the store I was actually going to the beauty supply store which is right there in the same shopping center they have these great wigs I like them the one that I did buy it was a little bit expensive but other than that they have cells every week and you are not going to leave that store without going out with something in your hand

Great car wash. A little old fashioned but a great place to get a car or truck really clean. Convenient to I-10 in Sealy.

Very little has changed there. It's been several years since I'd been there.

They need to rename themselves. They went from being nothing over .99 to everything is 1.75 and their customer service sucks.

Within a year they've gone from $ .99 to $1.25 - $1.50, now most things are $1.75 so $1.89 with tax . So it's the $2 store but still named King Dollar and owners are very rude.
