They are great. She treated our daughter great and is very easy to work with. She did not upsale us and only charged and did what our daughter needed. She could have had us do an extra unneeded treatment, and we wouldn't have known better. She is thorough and does great work. We have no more issues. She checked our whole family.

Very friendly and informative. After battling this for a couple of months, it was a huge relief to turn it over to someone else for help. They did a quick check and comb through on myself and oldest and it was very reasonable and a huge sense of relief that it hadn't spread. My youngest who is still struggling with got their patented treatment and although fairly pricey, it's nice to know it's guaranteed and any issues we have in next 6 weeks are covered. Great service and friendly.

If your grandkids came to visit and you suspect they left something behind, this is the place to go! I was treated by Grace and she is a lovely young woman that made me feel right at ease and lessened my embarrassment. She explained how many grandparents they see and help due to summer visits with little ones. They do a private and respectful inspection and offer so much information on how to detect and treat yourself and your little ones. I highly recommend their services if you think you or someone in your immediate circle has this issue. Grace is a wonderful person and will make you feel very informed and relieved. Great Establishment.

I went to a.hair dressed in the morning and they told me I had lice. I was devastated! When googling treatment the clinic came up here in Tomball, Texas! Leah got me in right away that day. I brought my family with me that we thought may have been exposeds to the lice. Ended up, I didn't have lice. It was Sebom, an accumulation of skin cells and oil. My daughter -in-law, did however have one or two eggs. So she got the full treatment. They had to check my granddaughter, who is on the spectrum. Leah was awesome with her! So gentle. Regina and Leah took great care of us! Angels is what they were. Both came to at just the right time in my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your services!!! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟's !!!!!

The ladies that checked my daughter and I for lice, were super sweet and thorough. It seemed as though they really enjoy their job and it made me feel more comfortable and at ease.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Our technician was so sweet and thorough. She made my 3 y/o daughter completely relaxed and was SO thorough. This really is the only way to treat a lice breakout! I can finally breathe and snuggle my baby without worrying about bugs!!!

Angelica at the Bryan, TX location was awesome! She was gentle with my daughters sensitive scalp and made this stressful situation a million times easier! I would absolutely recommend this place, and her specifically, to anyone needing this done.

Annie at Nit Not- CSTAT was super sweet and very efficient when treating my daughter’s hair. She gave us a lot of information for going forward with the care. The place was clean and they have movies and books to keep kids entertained

Rena was amazing and so sweet! She was so patient with my 6 year old who could not sit still! Hopefully we never have to come back but if we find ourselves in this situation again we will definitely be going to see Rena!

We used this Clinic 6 years ago. We would get head lice every year. My 2 daughters and I got the treatment and we haven’t had any lice since then. They were quick to get us in. The staff was very Friendly and Caring. We used so many boxes of Rid that we lost count. Tree tea oil wasn’t helping at all. I highly recommend them. Thank you again

Great experience, Angelica was absolutely pleasant, and had answers for all of my many questions. The whole process took exactly as long as quoted, and all information that I was given was perfectly clear.

One of my daughters caught head lice. I treated her hair twice at home and combed through it. The second time combing through her hair I found one baby lice so I decided to take her here to make sure I caught it all and my other daughter didn't catch it. Cameron went through both their hair and confi that I got everything out of one and the other didn't have any. I decided to go ahead and get my hair checked as well. He immediately found 3 adult lice. I opted to get the treatment which he did same day. But it turned out I didn't have any other lice or eggs. So I do feel like I wasted my money paying for a treatment I didn't need. I appreciate having a clinic that checks and doesn't lie about the lice to make more money. But it would have been nice to know that I could have had him finish a comb out instead of doing a treatment for $15. I am at the point now that if my child catches it I know I can treat it at home and get everything out without paying tons of money to have them checked and treated here. But Its nice knowing if I catch it I can come here to have my hair combed through.

I spent almost 700$ on their heat treatment services for my family. Me being the person with by far the shortest hair in my family, they couldn’t seem to get my hair totally clear. Went back a second time, same result. Called them back a third time because they STILL didn’t get everything and I was told “Sorry, you’re out of warranty on the treatment.” Save your money and do self treatment at home which we have ended up doing.
