Obey
is
a
fantastic
gym!
The
coaches
know
what
they’re
doing
and
prioritize
safety.
They
help
you
find
the
right
workout
movements
for
your
fitness
level,
and
push
you
without
obnoxiously
screaming
in
your
face
(unless
you
want
that).
And
the
members
are
encouraging
and
create
a
positive
community.
I
was
a
college
athlete
but
lost
a
lot
of
motivation
to
workout
in
my
late
20s
and
declined
into
the
worst
shape
of
my
life.
I
needed
a
community
and
instruction
to
hold
me
accountable
to
push
myself.
So
I
thought
I’d
try
Obey/CrossFit
and
now
I’ve
been
a
member
for
a
year
and
a
half.
This
is
the
first
gym
where
I’ve
done
CrossFit.
And
I
like
that
I
can
get
a
good
workout
in
just
an
hour
with
coaching
instruction
from
warmup
to
cool
down.
There’s
loads
of
variety
in
the
workouts,
and
you
can
measure
your
growth
easily.
You
can
even
get
more
into
the
competitive
side
of
CrossFit
if
that
interests
you.
If
you’re
on
the
fence
about
Obey
or
CrossFit
in
general,
definitely
give
it
a
try
with
the
free
class!
