Friendly staff.hot food.clean and tidy

Disgusting service , went into greggs a woman named shannon refused to make 2 slices of margarita pizza 3pm in the afternoon when they shut at 7pm. Very rudely she refused even though we mentioned we are going to complain to head office and she was like yeah go on.

I give this place a 8/10 because before they gave my 5 year old a free drink and cookie but also they had a sassy tone to them and took 10 minutes to get my order correct. But that all aside its a nice place to go get a sausage roll.

I feel very bad that I stopped for a quick snack after a night shift and I was accused of jumping a queue, rather than informing me of a merge to just one person vending, I was just ignored. Communication was poor and I wasn't treated like a human, bad enough that I was a complete stranger at the spot. The stars for the food quality

Great but need to bring back toffee muffins my fella was obsessed and now none do them any more. Also mint for the mocha as that's not a always thing either.

Not impressed the pizza slice was cold and the tea didnt taste right didnt eat all of it

Standard greggs , big queue but served quickly

If you're popping into here on your way to work then don't bother...you'll be late for work guaranteed Absolutely one of the worst greggs going. Service excruciatingly slow as well as completely irritating when you can see staff walking out from the back to peek at the long ques and instead of jumping onto one of the spare two tills avaliable decide to just walk back into the back of the kitchen and stand around. Food always cold, hot drinks made wrong everytime. Staff not welcoming in the slightest.

They didn't have a sandwich on display I wanted. They kindly made me one. Great service.

Came in handy on Sunday while working the ground at the allotment, only had to nip into town (5 mins) away and bought a load of stake bakes for us adults, sausage rolls for the kids and some sweet treats for us all (5) altogether, didn't even need cash or card as I'd already pre loaded my account on the Greggs app, so all I needed to do was scan the barcode at checkout and the purchase was complete!! Simples!! 👍

Staff not very welcoming this morning hopefully it was just a bad day for her, she didn't really listen to what my daughter ordered and so my daughter ended up having to pay twice due to the staff member not giving her the full order of goodies, missed 1 item off. Cakes and food good as normal, not the usual Greggs we use but it was closer than the bottom of town.

This place is good for sausage rolls and pasties and cakes and bread and other things and also the staff are very nice aswell

When in Wrexham I try to have breakfast here,good value food and nice staff! Friendly atmosphere and a great location! Like all Greggs it can get busy and seating can be a problem!
