A handy relaxing coffee shop to take a well deserved break when your shopping in Wrexham. This coffee shop is located about 5 minutes walk from Wrexham's high street, but is probable the best coffee shop in Wrexham. If you need a brake from the hustle and bustle, then this is well worth short walk. The only bad point about this store is that you get a constant stream of food delivery people picking up orders. Although they have a pickup point near the door, the constant stream of people waiting for orders can be very disturbing. You can get some very nice snakes for this Costa, as they have teamed up with M&S foods to bring a great selection of fresh sandwiches and cakes.

Called in for a drink and couldn't find a clean table to sit on. There are 20 tables and nearly all of them had trays with empty cups on them. It wasn't very busy, but people where moving trays around to get themselves an empty table. The staff didn't seem bothered in going out from the staff section behind the till to make an effort to tidy up!

Welcoming warm place greeted by polite and friendly staff. I was served by a staff member called Samantha who seems to always have a smile on her face and greets me whenever I come in with a very polite and helpful charisma. The store is very clean and hygienic. I had my drink within a couple of minutes and it tasted really nice and sweet.

Went in there the other day and all the tables were full of empty drinks the staff must have been sleeping.

Luke needs some lessons in customer service, felt unwelcome as soon as we walked through the door, speaking to us as second class citizens. As a minority group, he seemed to have gone out of his way to make it known that we werent welcome here. A simple misunderstanding as i couldnt hear what he was saying through the screen, however after this, he was making a point about costa points not being added "as its just a bottle of water" all the while smurking while saying this. If you dont want to work in retail, find another job!

The staff are extremely polite and friendly. The prices are a bit on the higher side however they are good products so I think that is fair. Slight problem is the amount of tables that can have tissues and cups left on for a period of time. This is not too much of a problem as the staff work very hard

Very disappointing experience.Full of kids puffing on their vapes , feet on table , not buying anything , just using it as a hangout.Wont be going there again. Coffee was ok , although in paper cups. Tim Hortons in Canada was a totally different experience, with well trained staff, clean , nice ambience, but this was sadly nothing like it.This was a Brexit Britain type of experience of a Tim Hortons.Sold as something special, but delivered a dud.

I like costa coffee as it is reasonably priced and they run a good reward scheme when you use your member card. Staff are polite and helpful and service is quick and efficient and the coffee is generally quite good.

It's a really nice place and the staff are really nice I enjoy the hot chocolate and the tiffin is really as well

We’re are regulars and we can’t fault the staff or the coffee. The only fault are the windows. The sun blinds you which isn’t a big deal I guess but it is a nuisance. Blinds would be ideal

Went in today for coffee and cake , I found the shop very dirty , sticky tables , messy floor ..the toilets were filthy ..Will not go back again

Nice Costa branch located a little off the main shopping street at the end of the retail units. Follows the normal format. Plenty of room inside.

Usually I pop in for a cappuchino or mocha with a book about 8.30am. Staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is lovely but it does start to pick up by 9.30-10am. I absolutely love the decorations and the style inside since the redecoration (last year I think.) I have often gone in for dinner as well, highly recommend the strawberry lemonade, hot chocolate, brie and bacon panini, bacon sandwich and croissant. I don't use the toilets so can't comment but it's always been clean in the seating are with plenty of seating available (comfortable too). 4 stars because it is a bit pricey, you'd definitely have to be willing to spend a bit if you're having food and drink and especially for more than 1 person.

Visited today for first time, won’t be visiting again not great guys! I was overcharged at till for 2 items when I pointed this out it was more trouble than worth to rectify. My coffee was barely warm and when asked for it to be heated up anyone would think I’d asked for the world I appreciated the offer of a new coffee but let’s not forget guys it was my coffee I didn’t want a new one I’d already waited long enough for the first one I just wanted it heating up ! So my 20 minutes of indulgence was totally spoilt by poor customer service & Luke warm coffee, what happened to pleasing the customer?

Costa coffee in island green..need to be more helpful ..struggled to to do track and trace on my old mobil..no offer of help eg lap top ect..costa lady would not let people help me that was waiting to be served....told I would have to leave if I couldn't do track and trace with my mobil..shame on you costa lady for making me cry........

Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Only bug bear is when they have some kind of baby's crèche there , which is sometimes noisy and distracting. I'm sure there's plentiful of community centres that could hold such functions and indeed be welcome of needed contributions.

Not very well organised for covid19, messy table organisation. Cold air from vents meant you need a coat inside too. No outdoor seating.

Nice Costa however they seem understaffed, lots of tables to be emptied when we got in there! Seemed to be only 3 staff on, also didn’t have a few items because of a delivery problem, no Soup, no hot chocolate and latte running out! Will say that the staff that were there were really good!
