We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage with my wife daughters and their partners and 2 dogs. The cottage was spacious and very clean with lots of kitchen utensils and good beds and the lounge area was very cosy. The views were spectacular and very peaceful and lovely to hear the sheep bleating in the morning. The dogs loved the walks and the girls spent every night in the hot tub which again had superb views and was very clean . I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing break and Richard the owner was always available if needed.

Gorgeous place, obviously stunning views, plenty of hiking trails, very near a hill with a ruin on top which you can see from the cottage, hot tub as well was amazing for tired muscles. Plenty of sheep ahaha ❤️ The town is also only a 10 minute drive too so food shop etc is easy peasy!

Many thanks to the owner Richard. Just come back from a long weekend renting both the 2 bed lodge and the 2 bed cottage. What an amazing place. The cottages are great but I especially liked the lodge with its jaw dropping views from the open plan living room. My dogs loved it too with the dog charge being so much less than all the other places we shortlisted. I will definitely be returning soon and would recommend it highly.

We've just enjoyed our 2nd 4 day weekend in The Farmhouse. We stayed pre covid and couldn't wait to secure the Farmhouse again for our family Easter getaway. The Farmhouse was lovely and clean, really well equipped with a huge garden area which is sat back from view from all the other cottages. You also get to use the private hot tub, which is well maintained - the views from the garden and hot tub are absolutely breathtaking, our 5yr old in particular loved all the lambs in the field opposite. Llangollen is is a short drive away making it a perfect secluded place to enjoy quality time. Richard the owner is a pleasure, nothing is too much trouble and he has a really great set up, recycling unit, tons of wood for the lively open fire and the Farmhouse really is beautiful. Panorama Cottages is a gem of a find, we already can't wait to go back Thank you Richard!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage this week and without a shadow of a doubt this is one of the most peaceful, idyllic locations I have ever stayed at. Absolutely fantastic location, great walks and such a friendly owner, always on hand to please any request. Definitely booking again for next year.

Book this place. it's amazing. It's very clean, and it's a beautiful cottage. Where here at the moment in January, and it's lovely and cosy. We travel a lot, and I can honestly say this cottage is one of the best. Views are amazing. We are staying in the 3 bedroom cottage, but they all look great.

Arrived with family, a bit earlier, but owner already prepared the cottage. Richard called before arrival to find out how we are doing. Very calm and peaceful place, close from castle and Llangollen. Kitchen has everything for a family (dishwasher, microwave, bid fridge), cottage has a central heating, washing machine with washing powder, rooms are clean, towels were provided. Great time and experience. Thank you Richard.

Wonderful play to stay if you are a landscape lover .. as the name goes, u do get the full panorama view of mountains from the farmhouse..well suited for family with kids as there's so much space to run around and the easy access to river in the near by village is a plus.

There were 7 of us all in all who stayed within 2 cottages and the lodge. I would definitely recommend the lodge. The lodge is a spacious modern apartment with absolutely stunning views of the Welsh hills, dales, valleys and Dinas Bran. You will not be disappointed 😍. If travelling to and from the cottages and lodge it's best to do it mainly by car or hire car. Taxis are pretty scarce in the village so organise well before planning to take your trip, especially if it's to be late at night as we found out. Dinas Bran is a lovely shortish walk from the cottages and really worth it if you get to the top. There are plenty of walking destinations to go to. Towels are provided and hand soap you provide everything else but Richard is glad to help out where he can and Aldi is not far away. The hot tub is cool too. 😊

Stayed here for 3 nights and the views and surrounding areas were just amazing. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming and the place is affordable. There's a hot tub on site and the place is very well accommodating for self catering. Would definitely stay here again!! There's also castle ruins just a couple miles down the road.

A wonderful cottage within a small rural complex of holiday lets. Excellent location for visiting nearby Llangollen and the surrounding area. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Place of outstanding beauty....the walks from Llangollen along the panorama path....is just so relaxing, with stunning views....along the Dee Valley, dinas brand, castle, the Berwin Mountain range oposide and the carrot mountains to the right. Never been in the cottages but I wished...I owned those...😀

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location to base yourself, for further travel around the area. Very peaceful and tranquil location, conveniently positioned should you need to make a quick dash for the shops. Recommended.

One bed cottage was excellent facility for two of us and the dog, giving us more laxity than a hotel stay. Sofa bed for me in the lounge was comfortable and extra bedding supplied. Minimal charge for the pooch who loved the place! Beautiful surroundings and sufficiently off the beaten track to enjoy them to the full but close enough to Llangollen to appreciate its facilities. Would certainly be happy to return!

Really nice quiet place if after somewhere remote to relax or for a break away. If you follow the Historic trail you'll end up at Castle Dinas Bran which is a steep incline but you can navigate down the other side (to the right of the iron gates) which has a much easier decline

We had four nights mid week break and stayed in the three-bedroomed cottage. We took our dog for a nominal fee. The cottage has everything you need, not plush but simple and solid. Hard floors in many places suited us and made for a more relaxed visit. It had everything we needed but Richard the owner is always available and can quickly sort out any problems or requests. The cottage had been cleaned to a good standard when we arrived. The two adjoining cottages were also occupied and I spoke to both the family and the couple. They were really happy with the accommodation and all three of us intend to visit again in the near future. The only word of caution would be for people with small children. One window in the top floor is only about 30 cm above floor level. Interestingly (I thought so anyway), Richard heats the small complex with wood using a state of the art wood gasifying boiler. The location is stunning. Great views and great walks. Llangollen 7 minutes drive away. Just about perfect. A great holiday.

👍👍 I didn't stay here, just stopped off for a break while waiting for a wedding, the staff where friendly and welcoming. The coffee was favourable and fresh.
