Umuligt at komme i kontakt med kundeservice i forbindelse mez afklaring af betalingsfejl fra puregym side. Jeg venter stadig på svar trods flere rykkere.

Too old equipment. Would be nice to have the same as per their promo on the screen at the gym. The level of cleanings is better, it improved. Nice smiling staff.

The stuff is really kind, but this is not enough...the toilets are really bad..OMG when you arrive to the fitness the first thing you feel the bad smell from the toilets... I was there 3 times but never again...

Big fitness center. You can do any workout as you like. Very good opening hours (useful especially if you want to practice after work). Nice and helpful service. Small minus for the lack of information in English.

Good gym but… Always girl music playing, free weights a bit slippery and 70dkk to get in for 1 day.

Fint center

Lille center, med udstyr i den dårlige ende i forhold til de andre centre. Desuden kan man opleve at vente 20 minutter på at komme i bad, fordi de er i gang med at gøre rent i badeområdet. Det er ikke lige optimalt.

Awesome gym! Staff is super friendly and professional. This location is always clean and well maintained. Large variety of equipment whether you're into anaerobic, aerobic, or CrossFit, you'll be able to do it all here. The manager Eda does a great job, and special shot out to Leah for being awesome also!

Worst gym I’ve ever been to: Removal of some equipment when Fitness World acquired the gym (From Fitness1), free weight are constantly scattered haphazardly around the gym, unfriendly staff (for some of them), REALLY dirty (see photo attached: Showers and lockers rooms like this for 4 CONSECUTIVE DAYS!!) Please run away from this gym, it was way better with Fitness1 (until February)

Came here as a tourist for one month, and this is what I can say: Really helpful staff, a lot of different machines, a variety of activities to choose from, and not expensive at all. Highly recommended

Tried 4 different gyms in the city and this one is my least favorite. Since we began here almost a year ago, the center has continued to downgrade in quality. Machines are old and often broken; and the staff recently changed the women's electronic weighing scale to a very old mechanic one, which I've heard multiple women in the locker room complain about. Not sure if the air filter/ventilation is working so good, either. For the amount of money everyone spends on membership fees, you'd think management and maintenance would be better. We paid a similar, slightly cheaper price in 2 other fitness centers (a big one in Sædding, a smaller one in Sønderris), and those other fitness centers were more clean, updated, and better managed.

This location of Fitness World is one if the best maintained gyms I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly from Eda the gym Manager to Leah who has help me and my friends get all set up with our membership and the supplies we needed. There is more then enuff equipment and classes to meet whatever your Fitness goals are.
