The cherry blossoms, which are synonymous with spring flowers, are gorgeous, but the azalea flowers here are also in full bloom, showing off their brilliant purple color just as much as the cherry blossoms..^^ It's very close to the subway station, so it's easy to get there by public transportation, and I highly recommend it as an outing to see spring flowers..^^

I went on a weekday morning the day before the event started and it was quiet. For the parking lot on the sports complex side, you must use the building-type parking lot across from the control center. Please follow the one-way safety zones. Most sections are unpaved dirt roads, so even if you come to take pretty pictures, wear sneakers.

I went here last Monday, April 3rd 2023. I parked my car at 부천종합운동장 부설주차장. Almost cant get parking place, went around and around till finally I found a place under the stairs, people just parked there, though I am not sure it is allowed, I just parked there and immediately following the sign to reach this place. It was Monday but this place was so over crowded by people. The azaleas are so pretty, so pretty with the cherry blossoms. And I got to watch the cherry blossoms rain as well.

Beautiful park filled with pink jindale (rhododendrons/azaleas) during spring. We went on a Thursday and there's so many people already on a weekday. This is a big field with rolling hills so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and pretty outfit to match the beautiful view. The blooms last for a few weeks of spring that is why it's always full of people. Tour buses from all over Korea come here to see the flowers. It is beside the Bucheon Sports Complex and there's plenty of parking but it was a challenge for us to find a space because of the amount of people. It is close by a train station and bus stop and that is a better option that driving. Taxis are also readily available in the area. We did not pay any fees to get in. We only paid 2,000 won for parking.

It's well-built, so it's good for a walk or a family outing... It's about 5 minutes away from Bucheon Sports Complex Station on Line 7, so it's easy to access.

It's hard to see azaleas these days, but there are a lot of them on Wonmisan Mountain. There are a lot of safety guards deployed and there were a lot of people. This is my first time seeing so many pink azaleas. There are cherry blossoms and forsythia nearby, so I had a great time seeing the spring flowers. The delicate and fluttering petals are quite different from azaleas. Parking is difficult, so it would be better to use public transportation. Because it's dry, there's a lot of dust. Still, I want to go again next year.

The entrance to Wonmisan Azalea Garden in Bucheon is located approximately 600m south of Exit 2 of Bucheon Sports Complex Station on Subway Line 7. It looks like azalea trees were planted at the foot of a fairly large mountain, and they looked like they were decades old. It would take about an hour to take a large circle, but it seemed like two hours were needed to take pictures and look around leisurely. Even though it was a weekday, there were many people of all ages and genders who came to see the flowers. We prepared a stage performance for the weekend's Azalea Festival.

Went on an afternoon after work. But unfortunately the azaleas were mostly dead by then. But would have been epic if I went a week earlier. Also I did not PLUCK the azalea it was already lying around.
