We stayed at Leaf Verde just for one night. The website pics looked great. When we arrived, I honestly thought we were at the wrong RV park. Nothing like the pics. Rv’s are squeezed together like sardines. Quite a few full time residents there and none of them take care of their site. It looked like a junk yard. Will never visit this park again. Don’t waste your time or money. Just keep driving and do not stop here. Very disappointing

Leaf Verde staff has been very helpful. Things came up twice and the staff was able to let us stay longer, in the same spot. This would not happen at other resorts. The resort is keep clean and very friendly. The best place we have stayed at.

Just passing through and a one night stay, $72.63/night includes tax. We arrived on a Saturday about 2pm, the office was closed and no instructions. My confirmation email gave us a site number so we went to the site and set up. A very nice gentleman who works at the park came by and asked if we had gone by the kiosk? I told him that I was up at the office and didn't see a kiosk and he said it was under the map that I used to find our site. Not very good directions to the process. Mostly long term residents not great for a short term RVer. We ended up in the very back of the park with the full timers. Sadly, we got to our site and it was littered with cigarette butts and the site was not very level. We were in a standard pull thru site which was plenty big enough but our front door faced the neighbors front door. The parks quiet time was 11pm to 8am. There was a party going on until at least 10m and motorcycles so loud coming in and out. I would not recommend.

Located in Buckeye Arizona convenient to I10 and many shopping / dining choices. Mainly a full timers or longterm park; the place is clean, quiet & very full. Flat very near level sites. Easy to access & park to set up. Staff on site is very helpful.

Don’t waste your time or money. Besides the unexplained charges at 4am you will never get any sleep around here. Iv been here for 4 months and I’m out the parking lot the second my month is up. Besides the motorcycles and big trucks that wake you up before the birds do you also got kids running around at all hours. I was unfortunately placed across from the pool where the lights never stop shinning and there events take place until 11pm. If you don’t mind the early morning noise and the constant foot traffic the unmaintained pool might catch your eye. To each their own but definitely not worth the 1000 a month for me.

I haven't stayed there, just visited a friend who likes it very much. The facilities look great and it seems like a friendly, safe place. Loved playing pickleball there

It’s a great location for a quick overnight or long term stay. The interstate can be a bit noisy at times depending on the time of day and which way the wind is blowing. Overall the facilities are great.

We have stayed at this park for the last 5 years around February to March for 2 weeks to see our kids in Buckeye but It looks like this year it's 90 night stay or nothing.... I have to say the park is convenient to our kids but 90 nights just won't work....I think the park caters now to full timers now living in park and us RVers that just want a week or two are out of luck....I would like to see our kids this year but looks like it won't happen.....
