Gel polish removal with manicure is advertised on their website for HUF 4,790. I paid HUF 8,000. I pay about this much for changing gel polish.

I did my makeup and my hairstyling there The service is below average Not professional AT ALL They charged me 4000 Huf extra even though i chose the glam look Which is triple the cost compared to daily makeup The makeup artist was nice and polite but definitely not professional I had to redo my makeup The hairstylist had ZERO clue considering I only wanted a simple curl It was a very disappointing experience I left crying And they knew they screwed up The manger at first was asking for a 5 star review but at the end of the procedure I left with tears and she didn’t want to do anything to at least fix the issues in such a way that don’t have to leave crying Avoid it please If there was a zero star option I would definitely go for it

Got my haircut at this place today. I called for an appointment and I was informed that this is a walk in place. I was also suggested a time when I could expect minimum waiting time. Friendly staff that speaks English and Hungarian. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. I hardly had to wait 5 minutes and I was called up for my haircut. The stylist was professional and gave the desired haircut as requested and it turned out like I wanted it to be. To sum it up, it is friendly yet professional place. It is affordable and will save you the pain of pre booking. :)

I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed with the service. Now several time happened that I have cued today at they sent the message and when I get there they inform me that I need to wait more than an hour. I cued this morning at 9:20 at I received the message at 10:37 go in I arrived at 10:47 they asked me to sit and wait and at 11:20 they told me that I need to wait more thanan hour. This is just not a good customer service.

You ask the hairdresser: what dk u recommend for my hair, what do u think it's good go to make. He answers I do what you like 😂 like come one be professional and confident. Another important thing don't shave like a robot, u have to do it with love and passion. Don't be lazy. I will never go there again. I don't recommend to anyone. My hair looks bad now. First time here.. The hair brush was full of hair it was very bad to be honest and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t sanitized. The hair wash was uncomfortable, my ears were full of foam all over and after the wash only half of my head was sprayed. After leaving the salon my head was itching me. I got nails service as well, the girl who was signed for me to do my nails simply was tortured and she even made some face expression how much she doesn’t want to do my nails. I wanted to leave at that point but the other girl offered that she will do my nails I just need to wait 10 minutes. I was okay with it but after 4 days, my nail color came off, which is very disappointing for this price! I feel, I was just bothering them and I don’t want to visit to Oktogon Biohair Salon again.

Quick, efficient, and this location has a lovely team. So far can't complain :)

The worst ever asked for a blow dry and hair wash. Barely got my hair dryed because they claimed my curly hair cant be dryed by a blw dryer also the attitude and the bad talk in Hungarian just because they thought the customer doesn’t speak the language doesn’t mean they don’t understand it. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional at all
