Size was good. Studio like room. Got washing machine , utensils, microwave, stove and oven. Sound Insulation is poor. Anyone loud in the corridor can be heard. But there is no feel to the place. Lame old couch with picture but no plants or anything else to fill the space as shown in pictures. Also not in the same apartment complex where reception is. Another couple of buildings ahead. Location is good with ample of food and shops around. Tram and bus stops nearby. Not kid friendly as there are door frames between rooms and balcony is not covered but has wide gap railings.

The location is excellent. Everything is near, bars, restaurants, city Centre and the metro,bus and tram station are 5 minutes on walk The room was Very clean, before arriving I asked if there is a baby cot, they said it's extra charge, but when arriving to the hotel it was already in the room Complimentary from the hotel. It was very nice. Thanks a lot!!!!!!

(Date -15th Jun-18th Jun,2023) My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in apartment no.314, It's a 1 bedroom apartment with double bed and sofa bed so 3 people can easily accommodate. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is spacious and clean ,Just the hair dryer looked very old and little dusty but not major concern as we carried our own. Kitchen has all necessary equipment fridge, induction, microwave, basin with cooking utensils and spoons, knives etc. Our room has a balcony which has a building very much in front so everything could be seen and heard clearly but honestly we did not find it bothering as not much people were living in that building we guessed and we stayed out of the room for most of the times. And afternoon it was cool breezy so felt nice sitting out with garden view down and hearing the birds chirping when we got back to room one afternoon. Toilet has very bad odour stopped when we stopped the exhaust. We ran out of toilet tissues which is necessity informed management ,they told us that cleaning will happen next day but being Saturday or what don't know nobody turned up and we anyway had to leave on Sunday so Saturday night we went ourselves to grab tissue. Reception staff is friendly and try to help you with every possible way. One of the bedroom pillow had stained on it but we could switch it with other one on sofa. Exact opposite at the entrance of the room. There were so many other occupants staying in a hotel they were mostly bachelor's but no concerns as they mind their businesses. Last One morning woke at 5.45am when firealarm started and had to go down whilst had to check out at 10.00 am anyway on that day so it was tad frustrating. Area is near to bus stop walking 3 min and many restaurants, cafes walkable distance. However hotel itself is in area where all the dogs poop there. Best part was beds were cozy, areawise everything was accessible and price wise it was good pleasant stay.

We are satisfied. We stayed for a week. It had a central location. The house was warm. Reception was no problem. We made a deposit of fifty euros in cash. We got it back with no problem. It was clean. There was a refrigerator, washing machine, television, microwave oven, kettle, klima, kitchen utensils etc. We got it early at a good price. It met our expectations in terms of price performance.

Worst scam and rude place in Budapest, reception guy is so rude and unprofessional and ain’t supposed to even work with humans, he said “you are staying in a budget apartment not a four or five star hotel, don’t complain”, AC is extra hidden charge for 10€/Day, towels are 3€/ea, pillows 3€/ea, city taxes and every thing have to be paid in cash and at their own rate which is 20% higher than normal as they don’t accept cards, corridors are dirty and smells like bleach, rooms are insects infested, in conclusion worst place and not recommended at all if you don’t want to ruin your trip.

The bed sheets were covered with hair, and the entire apartment was covered in dust. The flat is located in a very creepy neighborhood and looks nothing like the pictures.

Not recommended at all. The rooms are very different than the pictures. They show very nice apartments in the pictures but then you arrive there and there is even mold in the bath! The reception is not even in the same building than these apartments. There is no cleaning service. They make you pay 10 euros per day to use the air conditioner, when the prices are already high for the bad quality of the apartment and the lack of any service. The bath doesn’t even have a courtain so the water goes everywhere. On top of everything, they make you pay a 50 euros deposit when you enter, without any reason at all because they have your bank account and in case of any problem they could claim to you the needed amount to solve it.

The shower is terrible, the curent is so strong, the water just splashes everywhere, plus it has no curtain, so that is just awful. Water is everywhere, I sliped there not only once. And the digester doesnt work, so that is awesome when you sleep in the same room as the kitchen is, no separation. But on the other side, it is clean and the balcony is priceless. And the location is awesome and the guy on the reception very kind. Overall, not too bad.

Staff was not very friendly, we struggled to get the keys… don’t let your stuff in the reception room when you arrive… we found our stuff out of the locked room … appartement is not very clean and the kitchen is not well equipped. And it is very noisy… don’t recommend.

So basically this apartment is under the same management of Corvin Plaza Apartments and Suites but under different name I guess. It’s located at another building than the one where the reception is. It’s overall a good apartment, but they need to improve the cleanliness, it’s not that good. Sofa has stained/marks of drinks or something, some dust and hair here and there. They also need to change the shower system. The water can basically go out of shower and flood the floor. But overall it’s a good one since it’s located near the mall, restaurants, shops, tram stops etc.

These apartments actually felt like home. You have everything from kitchen to washing machine. I arrived on time and my room was not ready and was delayed but the staff was nice, they kept me updated and compensated me by providing free ac during my stay which charged 10 euros per night otherwise. It was really too hot and ac was needed. They are well cleaned and interior is great. Close to main market and walking distance from train station and trams. Loved the stay. Highly recommended

Avoid these apartments, they said people had been smoking in room (only 2 people out of 12 actually smoked, but NEVER in room, and said damage was caused and towels dirty. Just look at the photos to show how they lie. £50 euros each ( 600 in total). No matter how you leave the apartments they will lie and steal your deposits. I really hope a group actually wrecks one or two of the rooms.

Nice apartment, warm rooms, nice beds. The location is nice and central.
