Been here a couple of times, it’s always been an excellent experience! The coffee is superb, the service very friendly and fast, the food (try the brioche buns!) delicious and I don’t even want to start to talk about the interior design of this place! Every Details just fits! The coffee and the food is a bit more pricey than in other coffee shops in this location, but it’s totally worth it!

Everything was amazing. The services was very good, super polite and big smile. The lady recommend me the pulled paprika chicken in a brioche bun with pickled cucumber which was delicious I also had an iced latte. The place was clean and has a good vibe Absolutely I would come back or recommend people to come and enjoy Edison & Jupiter

Yesterday, amidst the snow, we wanted to seek some warmth in the nearest cafe and stumbled upon a delightful surprise. ;-) The walnut cheese cake, initially seeming ordinary, unfolded into a genuinely delicious experience. Its subtle sweetness, creamy texture, and lingering walnut flavor made each bite a pleasure. Paired with English breakfast tea, it was delightful, though I believe it would also complement a fruity-flavored filter coffee or espresso superbly. The staff are very friendly too!

Good. Nothing extraordinary. Of course the location helps a lot this place. Just took a piece of cake with cherries and a cappuccino; payed almost 5000ft with the service… a little bit too expensive in my opinion. The cake was fine, very sweet. But then again… 2500 for a very small piece of cake, doesn’t make me wanna run back to this place. The coffee was really good. And also… we waited around 15 min for them to come and take the orders and around 20 min to actually get the coffees and cakes. I would understand if after waiting all this time, we would get everything together, but not… we all got our order at different times. So basically we didn’t take a coffee together with friends, but we were just sitting in the same table drinking whenever we got the coffees 😅 Is it a touristic place? Yes….

The place looks beautiful and it’s at the best location of the city. The prices are pretty fair. The coffee is tasty and the stuff is friendly and quick. (Come by public transport. Parking is difficult.)

I dont even know where to start cus Edison & Jupiter does really make me incredibly surprised and impressed with every single drink/ food (mainly in-house made) that I ordered, corner that I saw and story behind that I got to hear from staff and the owner. You can easily tell that there are so many love and thoughts pouring into this place. I went there almost every day when I was in Budapest lol Do yourself a favour, come in and experience it yourself! Thanks a lot, team!

Searched for a cafe for my daily tea fix and found Edison & Jupiter. Came every morning (well, late morning, really) and was always greeted with a smile. I tried all three teas over three days with all the fixings (honeys, lemon, sugar) and wasn’t disappointed by any. Fell in love with the honey made with the Hungarian spirit! The ambiance in general is very nice, and while I write this there is a piano player, which I love. 10/10 recommend, and sad I’m leaving Budapest tomorrow morning… give it a visit!

I had an amazing experience at Edison & Jupiter Specialty Cafe and gastrolab! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The cafe is located in the best part of Budapest, and the interior design is beautiful. I loved the relaxing music playing in the background. I highly recommend trying their delicious meals and desserts, all paired with their own roasted coffee brand. Don't miss out on this wonderful spot!

After ordering three drinks and two food items I can confidently say I wish I lived here so I could come to this place every day. ALL of the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. Really amazing coffee. I had a flat white and my partner had a filter coffee. We also had the omelette and pulled paprika chicken which were also amazing! I which had taken a picture but we ate straight away as they looked so good. All in all, the food was delicious, great atmosphere, great coffee and very friendly staff.

Edison & Jupiter in Budapest is a haven for coffee lovers, and food connoisseurs with it’s great location in the middle of downtown. The coffee is Georgeus, the live piano music on Saturday mornings creates a delightful ambiance, and the breakfast and food is simply great. Ticks all the boxes. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food and drinks top notch and a lovely jazzy atmosphere. Enough space between tables for a private experience. Perfect for my first ever origami coffee. 😍💝

The pricing was surprisingly good compared to the amazing food and coffee you'll get here. For brunching, it's one of the best places I've been to yet.
