Overall my stay was good at this place - the room is nice, the cleaning should be a little bit enhanced though. if you leave your towels hanging they’ll be either way replaced with a new one - even though theoretically it’s about saving the environment (and not about saving money 😒) - the sign telling you the towel policy in the bathroom has a lot of grammatical errors. They charge you in EUR and it’s converted to HUF on local daily rate - and you can just pay EUR cash (funny - and is not specified on site or written down in the confirmation email) If you arrive by car - don’t rely on the GPS look around the streets and park near the building as - obviously not specified - there’s no option to park in the front of the entrance.

We spent a week in December 2023 in this hotel with my wife. The hotel is situated downtown,in a very nice location, very safe area, close to the Metro station! By walking, you could visit many places around for shopping and eating! Very nice decoration and unique style! The Hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff is very kind and helpful! The bed very comfortable and nice, with 2 different main pillow options! The cleaning ladies were also extremely polite and always with a big smile!! They provided us with towels to take in the thermal Spas that we visited! The breakfast was great, with a large variety of options and dishes! I was very satisfied overall and i will defenetly stay in this hotel again! Thank you!

This hotel is a bit on the pricey side, but it offers great value. It's ideally located in the city center. The rooms are very spacious, definitely modern, and well-furnished. It's a quiet place, and the bed is extremely comfortable, although the blinds let in a bit of morning light. The common areas (bar, restaurant, lobby) and facilities are both pleasant and upscale. During my stay, I regularly hit the well-equipped gym each morning, which offers a nice view of the street below. After my city excursions and before dinner, I often stopped at the bar to enjoy a drink in its cozy ambiance. Thanks to its central location, it's easy to find a nearby restaurant, take a bus, tram, subway, or call a cab to explore the city quickly. I was initially supposed to stay for just two nights, but I ended up finishing my trip there.

The hotel looks very nice, the staff was polite and everything was nice most of the time. Unfortunately there were constant drilling machine noises in the hotel and these noises didn't stop after 6 days here. They told us that the noises were coming from the neighbour, but the noises seemed to come from the inside of the hotel.

Average hotel for an above-average price. This is the second hotel we stayed in while in Budapest and we were disappointed with the switch. The staff is friendly enough but not the most welcoming. The lobby is beautiful but the styling feels outdated. The room was so small that it was difficult to navigate around the bed normally and nearly impossible when carrying luggage. Part of the square footage of the room is a small hallway/nook (4’ long maybe 2’ wide) leading nowhere that the staff stuffed an unusable table and chair into. The location doesn’t feel especially safe. The courtyard is nice but the street leading up to it is not well lit. Not my first choice. Would not recommend.

Very impressive. A nice modern hotel offers very spacious rooms, good size gym with plenty of equipment to choose from, large dry sauna, roof top deck and quiet courtyard. The breakfast buffet has a large selection and the food is good. Highly recommended.

Spacious and modern rooms at a great place in the city. It's close to a Metro station and many dining opportunities. There is even a chill middle garden area with sofas to chill out, which is quite unique for such a central location.

This is a perfect location in the heart of Budapest but close to the Danube and bridges to take you to the cathedral. Very comfortable rooms, nice quality linen, friendly and helpful reception and great breakfast. I will return

I could tell you about how clean and confy the room was, I could tell you about the great location. But id much rather tell you in this review, that on our vacation, my mom sadly fell down some stairs, and we had to get hold of an ambulance. Through the entire process the staff was so immensively kind and helpful. It is so stressing in these situations when you are in a foreign country, and an accident happens. The staff at the hotel was truly amazing, and I can't thank them enough. I can personally assure you that I would enytime return to here, just because of them.

Very nice hotel with amenities, new clean and many facilities, especially the new sauna room with showers. The location is ideal! Minutes from the main centre and restaurants, easy transport services around. The staff were kind and courteous most of the time, except for one, Greta, she needs to work on her customer and communication skills. The staff can also greet guests with a good morning but they didn’t. Not a big deal, but little things like this will enhance the guest experience. One big plus I think, was the coffee and tea area in the lounge. The lounge itself was very nice and cozy, sit around relax and sip some coffee. Good coffee machine. Very nice. Overall, I recommend the hotel!

My stay was truly fantastic. I enjoyed every second of it. The reception staff were consistently friendly and cheerful, available day and night for any questions. They provided excellent tips on public transportation and activities. The lobby featured a small tea and coffee bar, allowing guests to make coffee or tea at any time of day. It’s the little things that make a stay in this hotel a special experience. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Budapest.
