Best place for have a vibe

I don't recommend it to anyone! It's cheap, but the quality shows. The receptionists (also massage girls) didn't even introduce themselves. The place is located in a basement below. It was dark and cold when we arrived and it was already past 12:00. I worked with the masseuse girls in jeans and I can only feel sorry for them because their hands were also ice cold.

Everyone at Diamond Studio is always in a good mood and can immediately help or recommend something that will put you at your ease. The massage room is always particularly comfortable, clean, fully equipped and accompanied by light esoteric music. The massage oils are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, nothing drags you away from spending a relaxing hour in the salon. It is worth using any of the services in the Studio at a favorable price.

I write this review with a heavy heart. I was treated very well in this studio. The girls are amazing, nice, polite, respectful, and hardworking. Even when they couldn't speak English, they tried their best to help me. After I bought the coupon online, there was a misunderstanding because of the language and they still compensated me completely because they care about their customers' satisfaction. However, the ugly truth is that the SHR treatment doesn't work... I bought the intimate-area-coupon and did 9 sessions out of 10 (I didn't do the last one because I realized it was useless and too painful for nothing). One/two months after my treatment, the hair grew back completely as it was before the treatment, which is really sad because along the way it was happening and I told the employee named Flora, which btw is an amazing girl and I recommend her to everyone who goes to this salon because she speaks English and she's very polite and helpful. Anyway, I told Flora about the problem from the 6th or 7th session and she tried helping as much as she could. She raised the voltage of the laser for me but it still was useless. I committed to the times they told me about (3-8 weeks between sessions) and it still didn't give any result. Finally, maybe they offer better services in massages and waxing. I have no idea because I didn't try, but I had to be home about my experience with SHR, and again the girls are amazing and very hardworking.

I confirm the reviews of the previous girl. The salon resembles a BORDEL, a shabby cheap kind of a hall. Saving cosmetics for the massage procedure. Failure to fulfill their obligations. Can't recommend ANYONE.

It was very cold in the salon and there was an unpleasant smell, the girls did not respect the time limit, they finished earlier, they did not massage with any herbal massage oil that was in the description of the coupon, and they also left out the facial area. I don't recommend it.

I'm sad to write the one-star review (which I've never given anyone before), but I've never experienced such an inhumane, shrinking attitude. (However, I have been to many places and am currently going to several places for massages.) I bought a surprise couple's massage for my girlfriend with a coupon, it was strange that they contacted me by e-mail and we had to make an appointment, but whatever, we sorted it out in 2-3 letters, but it's true, what's true, it would have been more professional if it had been done over the phone we negotiate. On Monday of this week, my girlfriend and I had an appointment at 8:00 p.m., that morning we talked about how much we were looking forward to it and how good it would be. Unfortunately, I finally got sick at work at 3:00 p.m., threw up and had to go home. It was not possible to call anyone or anywhere on the phone, their facebook messenger service was not available after 4:20 pm (they are officially open until 9 pm, if everything is true), I wrote to them in all the available places and even asked my girlfriend to go personally so that she would not miss the opportunity. Unfortunately, the ladies didn't say anything like that there, only that we should agree with the boss and the matter can probably be resolved (?), but as it turned out afterwards, the opportunity is lost in case of illness or accident, if the person does not cancel 48 hours in advance by e-mail and so it cannot be used. No one there told my girlfriend this (I would have felt it was correct if they had at least been informed about this on the spot), but I received information about the whole thing in an e-mail afterwards from the boss-owner, who said that with a +50% surcharge or another service of HUF 30,000 by using it, my chance remains, otherwise wash your hands. It's a pity that I didn't read all the comments here, I'm not the first in these shoes, and if I can see correctly, the gentleman refers to the lost overheads + wages, that in such a case no one will pay him. :( Unfortunately, he forgets/doesn't feel that it is possible that we would have paid this extra 50% and 30,000 if he wasn't so focused on his own loss (I was looking for a regular place for a relax massage, I will definitely not come here after that. :( ) By the way, I don't know how to solve it in case of illness, if one and a half to two hours or a whole day's profit is lost. The salon's website is also worth browsing, by default slippers and towels are not provided, but you have to bring your own (?!).

On the occasion of Women's Day, my husband surprised me with a wellness package including a massage, which we were able to redeem at the Diamond Beauty Salon. I have never seen anything like it in a beauty salon. The massage was really a couple's massage, in a candlelit, rose-petaled room. Afterwards we took a nice hot sauna and the real surprise came next. Private jacuzzi, where we were the only ones, with chocolate bowl, fruit and cheese bowl, and champagne. That made my day quite a bit. It was a fantastic experience, I thank the masseuse girls for their kindness and work, and my husband for the idea. I am happy to recommend the salon to everyone.
