Impressive. A place for more than 20,000 visitors, ultra-modern. Had a great time there watching the EHF Euro 2022 Finals. Unfortunately, neither Hungary nor Germany were qualified so a lot a seats left empty. However, Sweden, Spain, Denmark and France did a lot to make the weekend an unforgettable experience.

Since we are talking about a new hall, everything is in perfect, orderly and clean condition. The staff and security were also helpful. There are few buffets, the beer is expensive and almost undrinkable. However, the acoustics of the place are very bad or the current loudspeakers were not up to the mark, but unfortunately the first concert here was a disappointment for me in terms of sound.

It's a new building so it looks good. The stuff was kind, the reglass costs 500 huf (when we were here in Sept, 2023) and they don't give you back money. There were plenty of bars to buy drink.

Excellent place to see a concert in Budapest. Escalators and Elevators are available to take you to the upper levels. The seats are a bit on the hard side after an hour or so and don’t offer much leg room but they are manageable if the music is good. The PA and the LCD screens are fantastic and add to the experience.

Been last night, 5.11.2022 here for the first time for VolBeat concert. Great place. Entry doors are huge and it was easy to go in and out. Wardrobe is free and girsl working there are so nice and polite.

Expected some current songs/music also by Nagy Fero. It appeared that their repertoire got stuck in some type of a 'time capsule' from the eighties. The overwhelming sound of guitars and drums almost made the singer's voice 'silenced'. A somewhat more pleasant harmony between the instrumental sound and the vocalist would have been more enjoyable. The computer generated digital display reflected on wonderful creativity and more current themes. The organizers should not make the mass crowd wait for almost an hour before opening the gates in a cold evening (December 9th, 2024)! Vendors should be prepared to serve the crowd instead of offering excuses why certain items were not available.... poor customer service.

Wow what an event centre. Would have got 5 stars apart from the fact that they only do card payment.

My partner and I were at a concert. The organization was great, too. The building itself is impressive, its exterior is futuristic. I really liked!
