"Nett"
cars
is
not
a
friendly
company.
I
was
completely
satisfied
with
the
car,
everything
was
fine,
but
the
service
was
a
disaster.
First
of
all,
I
received
completely
different
prices
from
two
places,
from
the
intermediary
company
where
I
found
them
and
from
the
actual
publishing
company,
in
one
place
they
said
HUF
9,500
+
VAT/day,
in
the
other
place
it
was
9,500
and
that
was
it.
It
took
2
days
to
untangle
it,
and
then
I
wrote
down
with
them
how
much
it
was.
Then
when
I
went
to
pick
up
the
car,
they
said
that
they
were
charged
6,500,
which
is
a
mistake,
but
it's
10,000/day
anyway.
I
said
it
was
9500.
During
the
rental,
it
also
turned
out
that
the
information
that
the
brokerage
company
told
me
was
300
km/day
is
not
true,
because
it
is
only
200
km/day.
This
is
quite
an
important
difference
They
then
told
me
that
because
of
this
mistake,
the
tulfuta
was
charged
HUF
25
instead
of
HUF
30,
but
they
couldn't
record
this
either
and
when
I
took
it
back
they
didn't
know
about
it,
and
I
had
to
explain
this
to
me
again.
After
that,
when
I
took
the
car
back,
a
colleague
went
out
to
the
car,
let
me
in,
and
then
wrote
from
outside
on
the
phone
to
the
colleague
inside
(3
meters
away)
that
the
car
was
moderately
dirty
and
that
they
should
charge
a
cleaning
fee.
How
stupid
is
this.
In
summary,
the
car
was
perfect,
but
the
procedure
and
service
were
not
professional
at
all,
in
fact,
downright
bad.
