I have been renting from the company for almost 5 years now, they have been very responsive, accommodating and supportive. I have never experienced any issues while communicating with them. If anyone is planning to move in Budapest and are looking for an honest and reliable rental solution I would highly recommend SRS and their staff!

Experience with SRS Budapest was great. Martina and Rita were really helpful in accomodating and transfer. We lived in a 3 bedroom apartment. Only suggestion to SRS would be to increase the manpower to help in the maintenance. Overall I would strongly recommend SRS Budapest to the students!

It’s my second time i rented a flat from SRS Budapest. They are great! Whenever there were problems, they reacted quickly and, if necessary, sent a colleague or tradesman directly. As I was looking for an apartment I gave them important data and my wishes and they found the perfect apartment for me. I can only recommend the agency.

Horrible place with parasite workers who have no regard for tenants. There was mold in my apartment and nobody from the management came to help. Hidden cleaning fees. Shady illegal business, has a high turnover rate for workers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They make their tenants write good reviews by force. Stay away!

I went on exchange to Budapest with a friend and therefore booked a flat with SRS. The renting process was transparent and quick. We were welcomed very nicely by a SRS employee when we arrived, and the flat looked exactly like in the pictures (even bigger). Whenever we had a problem (which were only minor issues), we received quick replies by the manager who was always very supportive in finding a solution. Communication in English worked very well. Overall, I would therefore definitely recommend renting with SRS!

Great experience! I wasn’t feeling comfortable in an apartment at Budapest I found on Google so I went to the SRS office asking if their agency had available another apartment/room. The SRS team has been extremely nice and helped me, after 1 week I moved in a super comfortable and nice apartment in the center of Pest! They were always available for any problem and issue or question and always very kind. I recommend SRS agency at all!! Thank you 😘

I would highly recommend SRS Budapest! I came over from Ireland to do my Erasmus in 2021. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was delighted with my apartment, it was beautiful. It was very spacious which was important while working from home. It was right in the centre of the city and I could easily get many forms of public transport. It was also affordable and I had the whole apartment to myself. Having somewhere nice to stay while in Budapest made the world of difference while doing my course. I can’t thank SRS enough for providing this service. I was very happy with my experience.

Thanks to them I had the chance to get to live for 5 months in a beautiful apartment right next to the Parliament! Apart from some little maintenance that could be done, the Garibaldi utca flat was organized, cozy and everything worked well. Whenever in need the SRS team was available and attentive to my requests. Thank you guys to have offered me to live in a place which helped to make my Erasmus experience even more unforgettable!

I rented two different properties in 5 month contracts as an Erasmus student, general communication with the agency was not always as fast as we might have liked but if you had an emergency or important issue it was always dealt with quickly, I found the rental prices (between 280 and 350/month) very reasonable and the two flats I stayed in were nice. I think you get what you pay for as the 2nd flat I lived in which was much more expensive had considerably nicer rooms and furnishing. We would have liked to opt out of the monthly cleaning service, which is an extra fee as we did not feel we needed it, however the cleaners were very good and respectful of our privacy. Overall I would recommend SRS and would be happy to rent with them again.

I stayed at one of their apartments last year and I couldn't be happier with the service. Nice and quick. My only recommendation would be having the option of not paying for your own room cleaning. The prices are quite elevated for that service, although the lady coming did her job perfectly.

Came from France to do an erasmus at BME. Very trusty and helpful people as we booked our flat before even setting foot in Budapest! The flat was perfect and close to my uni and other commodities. The SRS crew were very much helpful during our stay. I recommend very much!
