This little gem might be one of the best bars I have ever been... It's a small "basement" bar with chaotic setting but great atmosphere for people who like it (like me) Low cost alcohol with great F music (they played a set of Tenacious D... They get the extra 6th 🌟) Located in the Oktagon area it's more or less central but you need to know where it is or you might miss the sign

Hands down one of the best pubs in town, outside of the tourist track. Punk/Metal vibe during weekdays, chill environment, cool underground looks. A lil' bit more party-ish on the weekends, such as 90's or Techno. And also last but not least, very veeery affordable prices compared to the bars around the area. There is though one annoying downside, that you may not bring your drink outside, so if you go out smoking that's a bad one. Quiet a spot wihout many alike around. My deffinitely fix spot. Worths a visit. Highly recommended.

BEWARE! The expensive beer and the cheap one are the same! We tried both at the same time. It is the same. Unbelievable. Shame on this pithole. No cleanliness whatsoever. Bartenders drunk or high. This is where you will probably get spiked. In a western country this place would be shut for health concerns asap.

Woman guest made me guess where she lived. Told me she loved me after I told her I had a wife. Only served shots because the glasses were smaller. Smells a bit of wee but still really nice :)

Stumbled upon this TOTAL BUNK by accident which prompted our learning of ruin bars/scene in Budapest. Turned out as an evening of listening to intense trance music, and visiting the toilet corner 'bout half a dozen times in one hour after our lady bartender's recommended concoction :))

Cool basement type of bar, cheap beer (2.3€ for 0.5L) and friendly staff. May be hard to find a seating spot cuz there arent many tables. Feels like an intimate ruin bar but way cheaper, plays cool music. The only downside is you cant smoke here :( Otherwise would recommend!

Decent place, small bunkerish type vibes. One of the bartenders was just a meanie for no reason though. Could’ve hurt my feelings but I stayed tough and let it go but if I was in a worse mood she definitely would have hurt my feelings

If you're looking for a small club with history, this is it. Filled with drawing stickers and paintings on every inch of the walls, this club has seen many many days and many many parties and things. "if these walls could talk" is what some regulars kept saying Cute bar, somewhat hidden, artistic use of space, and a classic ruin bar They have Events often, international gettogethers, Alternatív music shows etc, so definitely a classic and cool place to meet people

My favourite bar in Budapest. Felt like what a ruin bar should be, a genuine art space, not too expensive, a decent choice of drinks, we tried to go back every night but was closed for some reason.

It aint fancy, it smells funny but the atmosphere is great and resembles a classic bar in Budapest back in the days. Recommended to grab a few beers and shots here!

If you are looking for ruin/dive bar then you have found it. Underground and full of graffiti. They have theme playlists which you can check from facebook what theme it is. Don't expect much but highly worth a visit.

Great underground ruin bar,it was a Monday night and really quiet but come the weekend this place must be rammed.great music,great vibe and happy bar staff. Drinks a bit on the cheaper side for this part of the city.

Unique little place with cheap drinks. You can also pay by card. I love these kind of bars and would have come back another evening but have to please my partner too and make sure we do bars that he likes too 😂.

Had trouble breathing (super moldy) for two days after visiting, cool name tho.

It's not clean, it's not spacious, and it smells a bit like basement - but honestly, it's all part of the draw.

Not gonna lie; it reminds me of my friend’s parents’ basement circa 1997 complete with the moldy odor. That said, this place is one of the best.
