When
we
booked
the
stay,
the
pictures
showed
big,
nice
rooms,
with
big
flat
screen
tv’s,
bathtub
and
city
view.
When
we
got
our
room,
it
was
small,
no
bathtub,
a
tv
so
small
they
might
as
well
have
left
it
out,
and
the
view
was
a
grey
wall
and
a
dirty
alley
behind
the
hotel.
The
curtain
had
stains
on
it,
and
it
was
generally
a
lousy
experience.
The
breakfast
was
below
average,
and
definitely
not
up
to
the
standards
of
a
4-star
hotel.
There
was
barely
anything
to
choose
from,
but
plain
white
toast
break,
and
a
pancake
machine
-
if
you
were
so
lucky
that
it
had
not
run
out
of
dough.
The
buffet
was
half
empty
all
three
mornings
we
were
there,
and
the
staff
was
in
no
way
in
a
rush
to
fill
things
up.
The
one
positive
thing
I
will
say,
is
that
the
massage
guy
was
very
kind,
and
gave
us
some
good
recommendations
on
what
to
see
and
do
in
the
city,
and
actually
took
his
time
to
write
the
things
down
for
us.
The
wellness
department
is
only
open
from
17:00
till
22:00,
and
they
somehow
never
had
any
bathrobes
and
slippers
available.
It
seemed
very
unprofessional
for
a
hotel
that
talks
so
highly
about
their
wellness
department,
that
they
are
constantly
running
out
of
something
as
essential
as
bathrobes
and
slippers.
My
partner
called
the
reception
one
night,
to
ask
for
the
availability
of
these
things,
and
it
was
no
problem,
he
would
just
have
to
go
down
and
pick
it
up.
When
he
got
downstairs,
they
had
nothing
available.
It
all
just
seemed
very
unprofessional.
We
loved
our
time
in
Budapest,
and
the
only
mistake
we
made,
was
to
book
this
hotel.
