One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the fitness center clean and well-laid out. We found the location to be perfect for access to sightseeing and nightlife. It's a small thing, but we really appreciated having different pillow options to choose from. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel in every way...Staff fantastic, helpful, friendly. Room beautiful, clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom designed well, shower spot on. Food delicious and plentiful, access to hot drinks and pastries throughout the day, a lovely touch. Courtyard very pretty and well kept. Great location, central but very quiet. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Didn't want to leave. We will return and tell everyone how lovely it is and how much we love Budapest. Thank you. X

Lovely freshly renovated hotel in a central location. I had a lovely room at a reasonable price. There is a lovely interior courtyard and included a really generous breakfast. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I did a part of our honeymoon in Budapest and we’re so happy we chose this hotel! Our room was well decorated and very spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the mattress was super comfortable. We got the chance to try their continental breakfast and were pretty impressed by the choice of food, they’d also make fresh omelettes for anyone who wanted one. The staff is so nice and friendly, they made the stay very comfortable for us. After long days of walking we would get into the sauna and relax, it was perfect! We also indulged in quite a few cocktails in the in-house bar TukTuk, my favorite was the Kill Bill cocktail! I would totally recommend this place.

Great hotel in the city centre. Hyper pleasant staff, well designed interior and comfy and relaxing atmosphere, clean and nicely organized rooms with large beds. Got more than was expected for a brief stay.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very nice and very pleasant. The location iv very close to everything. Just 10 minutes walk. We enjoyed our visit and will recommend to anyone and will come again

Perfect stay for 4 nights. Adults only means, no children under 12. Necessary to know! Good breakfast, super Service and very close to the Opera and to the metro. Room numer 41, quiet and sunny! Only one chair available, Nothing cosy to sit on for 2 persons.

Great people, nice clean room, huge variety of food in the breakfast, central location and quite. What else you need? :) Zoltan from the reception was so nice patient and helpful. Marton from the kitchen was also communicative and funny so the team is friendly and it makes you feel comfortable. Mimi was responsible for the room and left us champagne in the room and we arrived for a happy welcoming. Thank you so much we had a nice time at your place.

This hotel was the highlight of our stay and it was the staff that really went that extra mile that made it that special for us. Gregory and David were especially attentive to anything we required and really made our trip memorable, they are a credit to Tom who runs the perfect customer centric experience. The bed was amazing, we had a pillow menu if we preferred a choice but the one we had was perfect. From the funky art, to the terraces, glass ceiling, beautiful exposed wells and historic detailing this building design offers the perfect mix of old meets new. It offers all the facilities you need with sauna, gym, refreshments, balcony, toiletries, bar, phone, robes and slippers plus good wifi. We would recommend it to anyone staying in this stunning city and can’t thank the staff there enough for their hospitality while celebrating our both birthdays and wedding anniversary and for making it feel so special with your kind gestures.

The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful and they made our get away one of the best. The welcome when we arrived was second to none and they really did make us feel welcome, relaxed and treated like royalty! The hotel is beautiful, clean with a good breakfast. The sauna was a welcome treat after a long day sightseeing. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Superb hotel! We went there with my wife for a romantic weekend in Budapest, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are smiling and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast included in the price is copious and delicious. I loved their gym and the sauna, which is well equipped and has a relaxing atmosphere. All in all, we loved it, and I think it's a worthwhile experience, especially as the prices are very affordable for everything on offer.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my European travels. While the construction at the theatre next door was a little loud, the large size of the rooms (and bathrooms), and amazing breakfasts made up for it. It is located less than a block away from the M1 Opera station, so was easy darting in and out of the city.

This is, hands down, the best hotel we have ever stayed at over the course of our 11-year experience of traveling across Europe. - Great location: a short walk from Andrassy, the Opera (as well as the metro), and the jewish district. - The property is brand new. The rooms are fairly large for european standards! And everything is squeaky clean. The bed is quite comfortable and large, and the shower is great, and the bathroom is also quite spacious! - Breakfast comes with a wide selection of items. All of them are top quality. Coffee, water and pastries are up for grabs 24/7. - A big shout-out to two staff members: Adam, who gave us the most comprehensive presentation of the Hotel facilities and some very handy tips for our stay in Budapest. And Amarilla who works in the breakfast area and has the most vibrant personality of Central Europe!!

Me and my husband loved both Budapest and the hotel . We stayed for 3 nights but it wasn’t enough for us :) First of all, Zoltan welcomed us at the reception. We liked his helpfulness , pleasant conversation , and polite & friendly welcome. In fact , what caught our attention at the hotel was that all the employees were like this. Frankly , we loved the hotel’s breakfast , the service provided and off course its location. Our room& bathroom were both large and clean . I think if we go again , we will stay there again. Hotel Casati is comfortable and has caring, friendly and attentive staff. The overall vibe is chic yet relaxed. The hotel is exceptionally clean. I was greeted by the amazing receptionist Tünde who explained to me all about the hotel. Staff's behaviour and attitude towards guests are on par with 5* hotels. The location is excellent for leisure or business trips to Budapest. The suites are spacious and the beds are excellent. The pillow menu is a very nice touch. The breakfast was amazing, varying from day to day. The blonde lady who waited the tables during the breakfast was truly a ray of sunshine.

Lovely hotel with the sweetest staff. Great location in the city centre delicious breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee. Spacious rooms and good beds....only minor is the shower....you have to do your best to get wet...but other then that great choice for a few days Budapest👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice small boutiquey hotel. Big room. Clean. Very nice breakfast. Nice friendly, extremely helpful staff. Location right in the centre, just one block behind main street so its quieter but convenient to walk everywhere.

Perfectly situated within walking distance of the main town and attractions. Our room overlooked the courtyard with all its greenery and was very peaceful. The rooms are large and clean and furnished very contemporary. The breakfast is very good and there is a cocktail bar right next door which is superb. We couldn't get in to our room until 14:00; despite advising that we would be arriving earlier but they took our bags so we could explore unhindered. They also did this on our last day too.

Casati is an excellent hotel with helpful and friendly service crew. You feel a great sense of hospitality during the whole stay. Rooms (we stayed in a type of room called "natural room" ) have wonderful lighting, high quality beds, designer furniture and well equipped high quality bathrooms. Finally it is centrally located close to a number of hit restaurants, cafes and bars. Strictly recommended.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. We spent 2 nights at the Casati prior to our River Cruise. We were greeting by Henri who was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Could not have had a more wonderful check in. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outstanding buffet breakfast in the morning. Centrally located on a quiet street, one block from Andrássy and near the Opera. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Great hotel with a very helpful front desk staff. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location is the best as it is right near the Opera stop and very easy to get back and forth. They allowed me to use the front desk phone when I needed it and were able to print tour confirmations and boarding passes. They have a nice work out area in the lower level with 2 hammocks and an area to relax if needed. Sauna is available to use with shower next to it if you give them 1 hr notice to get it warmed up. Budapest can be intimidating with their streets and maps but was one of the highlights of our trip and wish we could spend more time there. We will stay here again when we return. There are many Ruin Pubs within walking distance and starting on Thursday nights through the weekend they are great for people watching and for the design of the room. Budapest was great!

Beautiful hotel, clean and big rooms with everything you need. Customer service is just great, stuffs are so polite, helpful, nice! Breakfast is great! So many different kinds of food. Hotel is really close to city center but it's in quiet area. Location is simply great! I highly recomand this place. Deffinily coming back! 😊 Thank you for everything ❤️

Modern chic little hotel in great position. Clean, friendly and has a small gym and sauna. Very good breakfast in bright room with huge choice from buffet. Rooms clean and large with modern ensuite and a pillow menu which always wins me over 😉

Great staff and rooms. Buffet breakfast is super nice and cute - with champagne and mimosas!. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom which had no privacy because the door is glass.

It started badly, cause we arrived at the hotel after midnight and there was no hotwater in our room. In the days after, with the fantastic help fo Mrs Tunde , we got a pleasant stay.

WOW! The location is incredible! Everything is at 5-10 minutes walk, very central, the service is wonderful, the rooms are big (25² meters) and the breakfast is very tasty There is also a sauna and a gym And the price still reasonable Very recommended!

Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel is located within walking distance from the main tourist attractions and is easily accessed by public transport. Perfect for somebody attending the State Opera House as it's literally around the corner. On arrival I was looked after by Max who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was also given a complimentary drink. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. A welcoming box of chocolates and mineral water was provided. The room was equipped with a digital safe, coffee machine, kettle and minibar, the prices of which were very reasonable. Most hotels tend to rip you off for the minibar, but not at Casati. Toiletaries and hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. My only gripe is that the toilet wad very low and having bad arthritis in my knee I found it extremely difficult to stand up again. Breakfast was brilliant. There was great choices, something for everyone and you definitely won't go hungry. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done to all at Casati and I will definitely stay here again should I return to Budapest.
