Rooms are nice but everything good ends here. The accommodation is after 16:00 which is rather annoying. We paid cleaning fee of 10 EUR. We could not enter into the rooms because they where not ready. Beds where not made when entered. One of the sleeping sofas was even broken. We lost another 2h relocating to other rooms. They charge you for everything including air-conditioning. Management is completely incapable. There is construction works 10 meters from our room so you can get even a good nap in the morning. Terrible choice never again.

A new apartment in a new building but not very clean. The furniture is a cheap one, low quality. For air conditioning, cleaning and parking they charge extra. Also they require a warranty deposit of 70 Eur (by card) at check-in for nothing....and the refund procedure is quite strange...and it takes up to 7 days or longer. For refund it is necessary to give them the card number used usually for shopping on line.... (not bank account). That is not a very trustful thing. The positive aspect it is the location. It is close to center of the city.

Very nice apartments, well-equipped, in a nice and modern building. Ideal if you prefer home-like feeling during your stay in Budapest. Nice neighbourhood, close to metro and not too far from the center of Pest. However, the staff might have been a little friendlier.

The apartment was large and very comfortable. It had everything you might need on your trip. The bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space in closets and the bathtub instead of the standing shower was a plus. The option to leave a luggage on reception before check on and after check out was SO HELPFUL, we had much more time for enjoying the Budapest before our ride back home. I strongly recommend this place.

Helpful staff, room is equipped perfectly. Larger room than I expected, comfortable bed. Finding the correct building was a challenge, but staff helped out there, too.

Excellent value for money, clean and well appointed apartments. Staff were very nice and helpful. A handy location too, just two minutes from Metro and trams, right next door to supermarket. Very pleased and would certainly recommend as a place to stay for a city break.

photos on the booking were really nice, but they absolutely did not show the reality. We were supposed to have a deluxe apartment, but we ended up in a hostel. The cleaning lady did not even see the balcony, the room was dirty, the dust had not been wiped off, the belongings were damaged, the walls were stained. really unpleasant. We asked to change the room, but the room they showed us looked the same, only it was smaller and had a worse view. We didn't get shower supplies. Indeed, the photos showed beautiful rooms, but the reality was terrible. we were supposed to have a separate toilet and bathroom on the room plan, which we didn't have either. if you are looking for a hotel, definitely go somewhere else.

Good apartment for small family 2 adults and two kids But it wasn’t cleaned enough And you have to pay 20 Euros for late check in after 8 pm

Very good clean place to stay in Budapest The man in the reception very cooperative to us , was very nice also I forget to ask about his name,good price also I recommend this place 2 things were annoying 1. Saturday very annoying from neighbours can't sleep that night 2. You have to pay extra for AC Otherwise we like it

Very dirty, hairs from last guests everywhere, dust, dry insects, pieces of cake… Super unpleasant.

Wifi is absolute garbage... that is very important nowadays. Rooms are big with kitchen fully equipped with even a dishwasher and washing machine, but no internet... for that alone I wouldnt book even if it was a room in the royal palace

I used this accommodation for a night because it was on offer at the platform called Agora. Apartment has no much potential but walls and furniture already had some stains despite is being relatively newly built. Also they wanted to charge me some ridiculous amount of money for cleaning beforehand, but I didn't fall for it, be careful when checking in.

Apartments was pretty good, matrace should be changed and cleanliness should get better, however, all good.

Great apartment with extra bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom (with washing machine). kitchen, dining area and living area. Large balcony - unfortunately without seating. Apartment is very clean, modernly furnished. In the kitchen you will find all the crockery, etc. What is unfortunately to complain about (we had apartment 114): The mattresses should definitely be renewed.

A really nice apartment placed in the middle of the city, quiet and clean. The rooms are clean, spacious, the bathroom as well as the kitchen is well equipped. You have 2 balconies where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and watch the promenade. The price is also very good. We were 3 girls and were late but still we got nice welcomed and we are thankfull.

0* Stars if possible. We booked (2 families of 3 people each) a deluxe apartment each and paid a high price for Budapest standards. We did not mind, as long as we were to be in the same building and have our children comfortable. We had made that clear in advance. We were two blocks apart. The receptionist said that there was nothing he could do about it. Moving on. We arrive to our apartments and only one of us had a balcony as we asked and paid for. But that was the least. There was rubbish from previous visitors, urin stains on the toilet, hair everywhere (in sheets, kitchen drawers, even the fridge) Beds were as thick as yoga mats and definitely had seen better days. The most dramatic of all was the towels. We got 3 full sized towels only. On the 3rd day we called and asked if we could have them changed, the reception replied that there were no more towels available! We never got any cleaning service. We went to reception (in another building) and got a fresh set on the 4th day. Still no smaller face towels. So one towel, each resident for the whole stay. Very unfair for the high price we paid. We could have gotten a hotel room for that.
