They had an amazing offer for a couple. 1) First of all it was in a different floor than the registration which made our staying more private 2) We got doublebed room, with balcony, good quality shared bathrooms, toilets, kitchen in which it was available to cook anything you want and make hot drinks (such as coffee or tea) Very friendly and helpful staff. Host was for a reasonable price, also in very good place(to reach visited places and quiet to have a real rest) (~5min walk to biggest shopping mall.. and not far from all centre. Close to Budapest Eye, Basilica.)

Ideal for a sleepover! :) Don't expect any luxury from the accommodation. The location of the accommodation, close to everything you want to see during your visit to Budapest, should be highlighted here.

The accommodation is basically good, the price is also favorable. The host welcomed us kindly. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. We could drink coffee and tea and use the kitchen for free. I only give four stars because it was quite cold in the apartment, as the shutters were not properly insulated (the cold came in through the closed window), and the heaters were also cold, which made the time spent there somewhat unpleasant. Apart from that, we were satisfied with everything.

The owner is rude, but the rest - both the reception and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The room was cold (I was there at the end of April). The building itself is very beautiful, especially the garden inside. Localization is favorable.

I had a wonderful time here! Accommodations were great and for a really good price. Decent facilities (restrooms and a common kitchen); comfortable beds (at least the one I was assigned :) ); good WiFi coverage. Zsofy is a great host and a joy to talk to; the rest of the staff are very helpful. It is located right in the center of the city next to the Parliament so there was no need to use public transportation. I highly recommend this hostel :)

I stayed one night there. It was clean, new bed sheets. Bathroom was clean. Price is 3500 forint which is around 11 euro. For that price its amazing. Location is good too, near one of the bridges next ti the parlament.

Very friendly and clean. Beds are in an open room, temperature of the room was very nice. Beds were comfy and accommodating. Offered many tips and pamphlets on what to do in the area

Lovely apartment and backyard but beds were uncomfortable and you could hear everything from the other rooms.. also, the room we booked was given to other guests and we had to complain a lot to finally get the room we had booked.

Very nice and clean place. Close to old jewish center with a lot od pubs and clubs also close to the river. Unfortunately the noise from the street is so high that you can forget about sleeping too long in the morning.

Worst bed I have ever slept in, felt like lile sleeping on the floor. Noisy surroundings, big window with trams etc right outside. Filthy bathroom, incredibly soggy mat. Only good thing was the friendly staff. Terrible experience. Barely slept.

Zsofis hostel is a bit hip place. Theyve got design from young hungarian artists all around, its a bit old-fashined with a high ceiling. I really loved the design of hostel. However the bathroom could be a bit more modern and clean. Staff is helpful and theyve got huge knowledge about tourist stuff. I really appriciate that they collect and segragate trashes, not many hostels do that. Moreover Location is good, in a few minutes ure on the margaret island. Best spot for chilling in beautiful summer weather!:) Price is one of the cheapest in that area and i think conditions are good for that price.
