We got there quite late before mandatory curfew closing took place. The girl serving us was a bit grumpy which was not great at all but a bit of joking and a small tip made her much cheerier. Then we asked for advice regarding pur teabags and she even asked around to get a second opinion. So all in all, the waffle made it a 4 star because that was great. 😊

The large size means a full cup of coffee not half. The prices are not low, so the quantity supposed to be bigger depends on the cup. Thank you

I had a chai latte and it was the most watered down chai latte I have ever had, it was really disappointing. The muffin was fairly good which saves them from getting just one star. The place seems designed to get people to leave quickly, the is no atmosphere at all. But I guess that is what they want since it is a very central location with lots of customers.

the service was terrible, the workers had no patience for customers and were arrogant. There was no kind of care with the order and we were served badly.

Food is excellent but the place is infested with flies. Everywhere!!! In the coffee making area, microwave area as well as the seating area. It's not like the place is open that would invite flies but for some reason there are just way too many of them. Would have given 1 start but the food was great it's just that we had to finish everything in a hurry as the were flies everywhere on our for and drinks...

Quick service. Superb location … just outside fashion street Budapest. Lots of seating alfresco.

Better than any Starbucks in the United States. Way cheaper, way more drink options, and real food served to you. Staff also speaks English and regularly walked through the store to clean and make it feel pleasant. Only negative was that the air conditioning was terrible and we were in a heatwave.

It’s a bit chaotic, bathrooom is kinda dirty, and also the bartenders are trying their best but seem inexperienced, so maybe because of this not super quick and not super friendly either

Store is very busy, Baristas are working hard but with great energy and attitude. Offering smile and individual approach, I had really great expirience. <3 Ham&cheese croissant delicious. :)

I have ordered and paid for a small latte with an extra coffee shot but unfortunately got a regular one. Would be great if stuff members prepare orders as they were ordered.

The cheesecake was good. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake but as they ran out of it they offered a plain cheesecake with strawberry sauce. I liked the combo. The coffee was okay. But I had to stand in a very long queue to order. Given it's in a touristy place, it gets very crowded.

I am a somewhat regular visitor of Starbucks as my partner enjoys it! Unfortunately on this occasion we had a poor experience with a staff member, who was quite rude to us and another customer no apparent reason. I understand it is a stressful environment, but it is never okay to treat a customer in that way Apart from this occasion we have always had a good experience with Starbucks

I always order an espresso for here. Some days, I have a real coffee cup, with a glass of water. Some other days, I just have a paper cup. Some days, it takes 2 minutes to prepare. Some other days it take more than 10 minutes. And sadly they don't deliver at table. Some days it is very clean. Some other days there are trash staying on the tables. The always good points: the coffee is always good and the staff is friendly.

Went there two days in a row, the first day the server (male, tall with a prominent nose) was very distracted and I felt like he barely paid attention to me while I was ordering. They had so many customers but did not ask for names which made it very difficult to tell which drink is yours. My friend visited the bathroom and said it was very dirty. Overall the place seemed much less organized and dirtier than other Starbucks I visited. The next day was better, the server (male, tan) was nice and asked me for my name which was better. I understand it’s difficult when it’s busy, but for the price I expect at least a decent service which the first day was far from.

Best service and great location perfect place for enjoy a coffee when you’re walking in fashion street. Special mention to Adel she very fast serving your coffees and always with a big smile 😊

All together I would give 4 stars. As per the location of Deák square is a pretty touristic area, the occupation of the place was too busy to me. I took a cappuccino with a chicken sandwich for breakfast (around 10 AM) , that was okay, but I felt the coffe contained more milk than coffe (arrived in an enormous mug that I felt way too big). The waiting time was about 10 minutes in the line and to find a table to sit down. For future developments would be great to double the size of the place as once it's full, you can almost not hear the other. The personal of the local was nice, they also served free coffee to try, during my stay.

Even though this location is extremely busy, the staff is always polite, attentive and efficient. Food and drinks always consistently good. Service is always friendly.

I got the fruit salad and the fruits were not ready to be eaten and were very hard. The other two drinks on the picture just lacked any taste.

Good location! Fast service! Only thing is that in a rush hours you may not find a seat. I was lucky to sit, but feels like my “neighbor” was really close to me ;)

World's rudest manager ever! I ordered a mint tea but got a mint citrus tea. Asked for a mint only tea and she thrown a jasmine packet to my side. Asked what attitude was that and she didn't reply so I asked for a refund as they didn't have only mint tea and she rudely grabbed the receipt from my hands. Somehow, they found a packet that said mint tea but because it had lemon too, I asked to change it to a american coffee. I never saw a manager being so rude towards a customer! The girl who took my order was sweet and polite and that's the reason of the single star to the service. Also, the place was full with dust. Even in the bathroom was dusty. A place like this, full with tourists should have a better service and be clean. Some people didn't learn nothing at all with covid.

Stinky and messy place. Rubbish all over the floor, table tops are sticky. Toilet plastic top was totally removed and thrown aside in men's room. Coffee was nice though.

Too busy and noisy, don’t come here to rest. Leftovers on all tables, smelly (supposedly) homeless man resting. Guys working here were nice though and their service was quick.

The place was a typical Starbucks. The wait wasn't too long but not too fast, they seemed slightly crowded behind the bar so some confusion was going on. However coffee was just like in other Starbucks, so pretty nice. The only thing I was sad they didn't write my name on the cup and that's a signature Starbucks thing to do :(

Good experience here. Ordered two drinks and some food. One of the drinks was incorrect but they happily changed it for me straight away. Toilets need cleaning a bit more, but apart from that, really good!

Probably the best Starbucks in Budapest. We went to a couple of them but most of them had something that bothered us. Lack of flavors, rude stuff, or dirty place. This place, however, is epic. Really good and nice stuff. All flavors were available. Clean place.

I visited a few times before but recently I was bothered with their services especially on weekends. It’s located at the very central area of a very busy tourist spot but on weekends sometimes they have short of staff or something. The place was not well-maintained and not cleaned regularly. When I visited, only one person took order, one person made the drinks so the queue was long. The barista was fast enough fortunately. And the taste is good. Overall, an okay service but could’ve been better. I visited before this with better service.

Quite lovely spot in the centre. No complaints about neither food or drinks — they were just fine. Long queues on weekends are annoying though. Had to wait for 20 min to make an order last time 😬
