Everything was super tasty. Two ladies working at the place had great attitude, spoke fluent English and were very nice and helpful. I would recommend visiting this coffee if you are at this side of town.

The best cafe in Budapest. I honestly don’t understand why this isn’t more popular, it was absolutely gorgeous. Despite how close it is to fisherman’s bastion, no one seems to trek to that part of the town and it’s a complete travesty because the cafe was beautiful, one of my favourite places I’ve visited. Tucked away in the streets of Buda, it had a little inside seating area with such quaint Christmas decorations all around. The service was impeccable and the coffees and mulled wine were delicious while we sat tucked away from the winter cold in such an ambient setting. I implore you to go visit and support this independent cafe, I promise you that it will warm your heart and quietly stick with you as the highlight of your trip much like it did for me.

It was a small café with open doors on the hills but really nice and cozy when you sit under the heater-lamp with a blanket on your lap. The owners are both really friendly and nice, it was like self-service since you have to order at the counter but they bring it out to you. Plus, one of them advised us to sit behind the doors under the lamp so we don't freeze. The sandwiches were yummy and the orange chocolate cake she recommended was also really delicious.
