Amazing place to have a breakfast. Porridges are delicious and really tasty. You can make your own or chose daily ones. I 100% recommend this place

Delicious. Large servings of hot porridge with all the fixings. Great place for a vegetarian breakfast. It's a small shop, but you can go sit in the bakery next door to eat/drink coffee. They bring it to you😉

The place is quite small, there's maybe eight sitting places or less, but their outmeals are definitely worth a try. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable I think. Probably will come back again the next time I'm in Budapest :)

A nice porridge place. Coffee is good. The savory porridge with mushrooms was tasty. The rice porridge with seasonal fruits was also nice. There is nothing special though. If you cook porridge at home this place will not surprise you in any way. As was the case with me. Good but not memorable.

They were very kind staff and the chef was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect and the atmosphere is very nice.

The Snickers porridge is definitely a healthy alternative lol. Delicious and my wife’s favorite breakfast spot in Budapest. Great service and they will also bring your porridge next door to Artisan Bakery which they are a part of. 👍

I wish I lived close enough to have a breakfast here daily. It was the first time I saw porridge restaurant and I must say this type of restaurants is way too underrated. Delicious and healthy food for a low price is everything one can possibly want from a place to eat.

Fågel does great Scandinavian-style porridges and seems less discovered than its sister bakery, Artizán, down the street. The porridges vary depending on the season and are all delicious!

Really nice place and business concept. I also liked the menu, which has three sweet and one savoury bowl and a daily special to choose from. The bowls are heavenly, I ate breakfast here three times in a row :) I can recommend the snickers bowl with extra fresh fruit and granola! Also really friendly and professional staff.

Stumbled here accidentally, wanting to go to the bakery, which is next door. The staff was nice and helpful. Much happier with this happy accident. Had tasty oats with fresh fruits, jam & peanut butter 😍 they have vegan alternatives. I recommend trying this cute little place.

This is the breakfast place specialized in plant based oatmeals and smoothies. I had their daily special- carrot cake oatmeal and a coffee and both were good. Not exceptionally delicious but filling and tasty. Personnel is very helpful, nice, fluent in English. I observed that locals are frequent visitors.

They offer daily sweet and savory porridge specials, but there’s also an option to create your own. I had one with sour cherries, chocolate, granola, nut butter and coconut foam! It was such an indulgent treat - and it was well balanced considering the composition of the ingredients. The porridge base is creamy and made with oat milk! Coffee was good too - decaf available!

snickers porridge is VERY sweet so be aware cherry-coconut is best on the rice base, certainly very coconutty green smoothie had ginger in it, so also keep in mind when ordering as it’s clearly not for everyone overall - decently priced, very quick service and nice homey vibes

I always wanted to try the place and I was amazed by the quality of the oatmeal, I never had such a good oatmeal with interesting combination of flavors (I took the berry option). I ordered large portion and it was super filling. My only recommendation is to have a wider variety of cold drinks that are not coffee related
