Reception crew: very bad attitude and very unfriendly, I have no idea why? The dentists: very horrible and irresponsible. Below is my extremely terrible experience. I visited this dentist 1 and a half year ago and I did the crown which the dentist recommended me to do. The dentist promised that there would be 2 years warranty and the crown usually could last guaranteed 5 years without any issue and even more. Unfortunately, after 1 year, my tooth started to feel extremely painful that even effected my sleeping. I went back to the same dentist. She injected anaesthetic into my mouth but never had patience to wait at least 5 mins then she started to do the surgery. Of course, I felt pained. Then she totally injected anaesthetic on me 4 times. She removed the crown and it was in a perfect condition. However, my root was decayed. I have no idea why? Unless she didn't clean well my tooth 1 year ago when she put the crown on. She put the antibiotic into my tooth and filled back with temporary filling and asked to go home and wait. If the situation went worse, I should consider the root canal treatment. I went home and my tooth was going even worse. I called the dentist and the line was always busy. Finally, I make the appointment but had to wait at least 1 week. I went to the appointment after 1 week, and it turned out that my original dentist was too busy to take care of me. She assigned me to another dentist who looked like a fresh graduation. This dentist told me to do the root canal and I agreed. She explained to me all the steps and I felt at lest that time good. The first step was to remove the tooth nerve. The funny thing was that she spent two hours, and only could remove 2 nerves. Then she asked her mentor to join to search the third one. The feeling was super scary and I felt that there was a very sharp spear trying to stab into every corner of my tooth. Unfortunately, they still couldn't find the last nerve. The dentists had no choice. They put some temporary filling into my tooth and told me that I should do the extraction. I told them I would like to think it over. When I left the dentist, she even didn't give me any antibiotic or painkiller. A few days later, when I went to the other dentist to check my tooth, my tooth was full of inflammations. This is insanely, extremely, and terribly infuriating. The dentists look professional but don't. I don't recommend this dentist at all.

The place is nice and clean. But the doctors guidance and interaction with the patient is very poor. They need a lot of improvement. I understand money is important but you should also care about patient after tooth removal and surgery when you get all money. As toothache is the worst pain little bit of care could be nice

I got extensive work done involving full implants on top and bottom. I was extremely apprehensive at the start of the work as I have a fear of dentists. Many thanks to Doctor Csak Boglarka! My husband had a very serious problem and we were very nervous to at least find a doctor who will try to repair the tooth. I'm very happy we found Madenta, our appointed was scheduled to the next morning, doctor and the nurse both know English (which is very important for us, as we don't know Hungarian at that level so could easily communicate). They told us about every step they're going to do, we had a detailed treatment plan, we even got a home kit with all the medicines my husband was used to take. If you ask - would I recommend Madenta? For sure!

Went today to check on one of my wisdom tooth without an appointment because it was hurting. Soon it got clear that the tooth has to get extracted, so we did it right away. Very nice and friendly people at the reception as well as the doctor himself, he was explaining everything to me and it was just a great atmosphere here. Felt very welcomed and in good hands.

I've been their customer for more than a decade. All the doctors and the other staff members are always very polite and caring. The check ups are throughout and I am always kept in the loop what is happening. I think the doctors are aware that 99% of the population is scared of dentists and they are trying to make you as comfortable as possible. One of my wisdom tooth was also taken out here, and while the procedure is far from ideal, it was painless and professional. I can recommend this place for anybody.

I recently had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Ekaterina Burencheva, and I was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but Ekaterina took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. She was also very gentle and efficient during the extraction. I would highly recommend Ekaterina to anyone in need of dental care. She is a skilled and experienced dentist, and she is also a very kind and compassionate person.

I received professional care here during my routine checkup. During the examination, they showed every detail on a screen and answered all my questions, while making me feel at ease. Afterwards, they drew up a treatment plan with reasonable pricing.

Terrible, experience. It took 6 months to complete a botched root canal. After 4 years the crown fallen off and the dentist has hardly left any tooth to fit a new one. No warranty and now I have to go through it again if the tooth survives.

Madenta was recommended by a Hungarian friend in the UK. My treatment started in 2018 where I was welcomed by very friendly staff. Eleonora throughout my treatment kept me up to date with appointments, arranged taxis to and from the airport and even booked my hotel stays. Thank you, Eleonora you are a star. Although there was a gap in my treatment due to Covid and travel restrictions, communication was still really good. My treatment was carried out by several Doctor’s and each one made me feel safe in their hands. They would talk me through each procedure, so I knew what to expect and recovery time in between each procedure. My final implants are absolutely perfect, and I must say a big thank you to all my Doctors and especially to Dr Lada who provided the final fitting. All staff including the receptionist were really friendly and do Madenta proud. Thank you all.

Went there for tooth filling for a tiny hole on my tooth (I wrote it tiny because they said so, after my annual tooth check there). It still hurts after a week so I went there again. They made the filling lower, I felt a bit better but still hurts. So about 3 weeks after the filling I went there again for the second time. This time the doctor just put anti-sensitive cream to my tooth and she did not explain what could go wrong. I asked her if it is because the filling is still high, but she said no. The whole procedure for the second visit after the filling was less than 5 minutes. Seemed they did not bother with patients who come back, as long as the money has been paid. Now, a month after the filling, my tooth still hurts. I am looking for another doctor to fix it. UPDATE: The story continues. After the third visit, I sent them a complain email about the situation. They offered me a free consultation with their specialist doctor for around 30 minutes. I then went there and the doctor examined my tooth carefully. It turned out that there were still high filling in some points of the tooth, pressing the nerve system under, thus caused a pain. He trimmed it and he asked me to wait for few days and see if I can use it for chewing. After few days, I still felt a pain at one point of the tooth. So I went there again and he fixed that. He said that I am special case because the way my mouth closes is not so common. Now I don't feel pain in that tooth anymore. So, in total I went there for 5 times for a small filling. I honestly could not decide though on how many stars should I give. On one side, I should not have went there for freaking 5 times for a tiny filling. On the other side, they are quite responsive and responsible, and the specialist doctor was skillful.

I visited Madenta last week with a gum inflammation. They correctly discovered a cavity on my left bottom no 7 and 6 teeth, they couldn’t clean it properly as per their opinion the tooth might open and they cannot do a root canal treatment as i am pregnant. After less than a week the filling from the tooth fell out. I visited another dentist who informed that the cavity was no close to the canal, can be cleaned properly and also the other tooth has been done so the floss won’t get ripped to pieces whilst cleaning. When i asked about how can i complain as i paid £150 nearly 60000 huf, the receptionist lady found it really entertaining and laughed. Piss pour experience.

I have had three implants and a permanent bridge done by Dr David Farkas at Madenta Dental Clinic. The work has been done in two stages 4 months apart. I am very pleased with the result. Madenta and their staff are very professional, supportive and flexible and I recommend them to others considering getting dental work done in Hungary. Their staff speak excellent English and I felt confident and reassured that I was getting excellent treatment at all stages.

Why I don't trust dentists/doctors? Last week Friday, Hungarian dentist spotted altogether 6 decayed surfaces on my 4 teeth. (2 separate decays on 1 tooth) Advised removal of wisdom tooth, which is still under the gum surface, painless, non-problematic and of course hygienist treatment. Great, nearly 200000HUF. Lot of money! Did not start treatment due to dentist's unavailability and now I am back to Croydon. Just have visited my NHS dentist, because those fillings are needed, she looked twice, did x-rays and did not see those decays! There was one tiny decay, which did not even need anaesthetic. (Which is great, as it is not only painful, Hungarian dentist wanted to charge extra for injections, as well) I think I need some explanation, but I clearly DON'T RECOMMEND visiting Hungarian dentists, thanks to this practice, and also another one, in Szeged, where I was ripped off a few times. I don't even want to think about if that practice completed unnecessary treatments on my teeth for cash!!! I have a feeling... Shame, shame! By the way, I am Hungarian, if you are foreigner, you may get worse treatment.

On holiday in Budapest, I was having severe tooth pain when I contacted Magenta via their website. Although the site said the response would be within 24 hours, I received a phone call just a few hours after my message. The person who contacted me, Rita Saary, was very helpful and arranged an appointment for me 2 hours later. At the clinic the receptionists were also helpful and friendly. Although I did have to wait a while before the dental team saw me, this wasn't too surprising since mine was an extra appointment. After a thorough x-ray, a dentist identified the problem and passed me to another dentist in the practice who she felt was more suited to do the required extraction. I was given penicillin and painkillers along with an ice pack and a soft toothbrush. When I returned home I requested Magenta email me the x-rays so my own dentist could see them and they were prompt to do so. At all times I felt the Madenta team were caring and wanted the best for me.

Their staffs are very friendly and professionally trained which makes it so easy for customers. I went for checkup /dental cleaning with limited time while I was on vacation. They had managed the time extremely well, the dentist (Ekaterina) was very attentive. We discovered few problems during checkup and these were fixed very well (I felt comfortable throughout the operations, had no complaints afterwards and the process was very fast compared to my other experiences)

Overall I had a positive experience while visiting Madenta dental clinic. The service was in a high level, and staff was very friendly and supportive. The dentist was professional and friendly, she explained me the problem related to me tooth in a simple way, and also gave recommendation for my other teeth that could cause a problem in the future.

I chose this dental center based on my friend's recommendation. The appointment was booked over the phone. Although they are usually fully booked, they were able to find a slot for me a week later. The equipment is very up-to-date, and they have a dental X-ray machine that produced a digital image in just a few seconds for my filling and full check-up. I highly recommend this place!
