The guys from the security are a disgrace. I asked nicely where to let my little daughter bicycle while I visit the shop (because it was totally uncomfortable for everyone to enter with the bike ) and they answered me with superiority: you are not allowed to let it at the entrance and we don’t care about your issue … Is a pity because I wanted to spend a considerable amount of money in decathlon… I swear I will not enter anymore in this shop! Very disappointed about them…

Whoa that place is busy on a Saturday. Buzzing with people and staff, the latter of whom are reasonably helpful. The store isn't laid out that well, curving around with shoes all over the place. We had to ask someone to find what we were looking for. Also there are two sets of registers and we waited at one for a minute before being sent around the back to the other ones. Not a huge deal of course but good to be aware of. Ultimately we got what we came for at a reasonable price and if I need more sports equipment in BP I'll come back.

80% of the wares are not present compared to the website, half of the shelfes are constantly empty and I experienced this emptyness 2-3 times in the past 1 year. I'm quite done with this place and overall with Decathlon, because they quality also goes down. Never ever going to waste my time to try to find some cheaper sport clothes here..

All good. Found what I needed. One thing to note: don't take the stairs on the east side of the building, it leads to a gym, not the store. They should put up more visible signs (or add an entrance on that side as well),,, I wasn't alone trying to get into Decathlon from that direction!

I found the swimsuit and my flip-flops easily and the prices were very affordable. I went early in the morning and it was very easy to find parking.

Best place in town to get sport equipments. It's close to the city center, metro station is a few seconds away. As usual, the quality of the products are great and the prices are low. The store is much smaller than the average Decathlon store size, but you will find wide range of sporting goods, they get products every day. The staff is trained and helpful, you will get competent assistance.

They need to have a lift for strollers or wheelchairs. They had a solution to it and that was calling a number so that a staff can come and accompany the customer to take half a round the building and then access to a lift to enter to Decathlon in Budapest. That was little weird.

Don't bring your dog here - they will force you to mandatorily scan your dogs chip, to collect your data and surveillance you like it's 1984. They say that it's in case your dog bites someone and you run away. It's insulting. This shop scans absolutely everything including all their goods and all their staff. Next step they will be scanning the customers too. They would if they could, and through your dogs they can. Don't go here with your dog.

The location of the store is very convenient, but, in my opinion, it is situated in one of the ugliest parts of the city. The store is expansive and clean.

You can get almost everything you want. I don't like that you have to pass through the whole place to get to the cashiers.

Decathlon is pretty much standard everywhere. Here is no exception. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English which is a bonus!

The bike service was terrible. I gave my bike in while still the guarantee period for a full check up which should be covered and when I went to pick it up the brakes were worse than they took it and they wanted to charge me 7k !!! I had to argue with them and they still charged me for rim alignment the workshop service is terrible never trust them with your bike it will cost so much more hustle than doing it at home and they have that terrible policy where if you take it out it is not there responsibility where most issues shows after 1 kilometre or riding

Decathlon has one of the best prices in sport equipments with quality products. This is a large Decathlon. Usually it's hard to find parking spots but you can order ahead online and then it's easy to do the shopping.

Ordered online and collected in-store and was an easy and seamless process. Helpful staff at information who also speak English which is helpful for non Hungarian speakers.

Lovely place lots of options very cheap and basically has everything sport related. From high protein food to climbing gear cycling ball lifting and everything also some good brands 👌 👍 💪

Wide choice of sports footwear ,swimwear , all season clothes for hiking,trekking, yoga and many other activities. Towels, water flasks , headlamps , water polo balls and many other additional accessories make shopping at Decathlon pleasant and enjoying.

I love the store, BUT the staff is just not qualified, at least in this shop. I m not for more than 15 minutes at the line for information point. And it is not going forward, three staff are helping one person to assemble swimming goggles. Please make some adjustments, it’s a mess here

My old hiking shoes broke, when you're travelling to a different country than tours, it might be a bit annoying. Thankfully this Decathlon had the same pair of shoe I had and even the superior models for a lesser price than in Paris! It's really close to the city center and there is a decent selection of product. The size of this store is average, which is to be expected in a big city like Budapest

This is huge store condensed into a relatively small place. Therefore it's is amazing how easy it is to get lost. This Decathlon is like a labyrinth of sporting goods and that's kinda fun imo

On Nyugati tér, first floor. Not a big shop but still big enough. Fridnly staff, but products are often missing in the shelves.
