The staff would need more motivation, for example the service charge should not be included as a default....customers would then probably see more smiles...or a smile at least....and a bit more tlc. I have not been asked about the fries...why have I left 80% of it...so I did not have the opurtunity to feed back. They have charger points and the meet was good....so this restaurant to me is a very very strong one star.
