Horrible service the woman is totally desinterested in doing her job. She seemed bothered to answer what wine she has by the glass. Half of the room is closed off likely to have less cleaning. The other half has majority of the tables dirty including spilled over drinks. We have been here for 20 min they didn’t clean once.

I have nothing good to say please dont bother going the woman are so rude, i asked for more milk and she rold her eyes at me asking to charge me more money, when i replied i asked for a 1 shote latte she got even more angry and rude, i have never seen service like this in my like horrific. 0.00 i cant believe service like this exists in this days. Had to go to costa for coffee after all that

They make you be confused by Hungarian Furins and euros! Unfortunately the blonde women in the front is the rudest person I met in Budapest. I bought 2 beers and the price was 1,290 per glass so I gave her 3.000huf and she didn’t gave me back the rest. She smiled and told me we are fine thank you.. so I returned to my table and check the menu and I realise that she had to give me back an other 420HUF. I get back to her and ask kindly for my rest of money because we are people and mistakes is a part of the game! Actually she said that she didn’t have to give me rest of money back 😂😠 Then I asked again and she takes out of her tip box my change and through them to my hand with grumpy face! Sorry lady but if your service was nice trust me I will gave you my rest for tips, but if you think you are too clever to make people be confused by your coin and euro is really really bad! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They stole!

It's a shame for the airport that they keep such brutes from idlers there. Making fun of the customers, rolling their eyes in the customer's face, throwing coffee on the table like in cowboy movies. The line is 7 kilometers because of 3 women who don't bother customers even 1%. It's a shame that something like that works there at all. It should be sent immediately like toilet cleaners. This is not even for a rating of 0. A rating of 1 is too much for them. If I could rate them below zero I would do so immediately. I have no words, the horror experience!

If you buy a cake, they won’t give you a plate. It’s just put in a paper bag (see the photo). How am I supposed to eat it? Even if you ask for a plate, barman won’t give you one. Even though they got plenty of them.

exceptionally rude staff got offended when I asked for my food to go in an airport... surprise surprise. The tall, blonde woman rolled her eyes a total of five times, and the guy three extremely short and threw my coffee down. They I did the same thing with a few other people behind me. everybody looked like pretty taken back in line.

The food is really tasty, one of the staff was so rude ! I feel really uncomfortable to ask some questions and seems really unpolite, the rest of the staff was really friendly ♥️

No schedule displayed. At 20:15 the waitress let us know they will close in 5 minutes, 10 minutes after they sold us our drinks. If course, I couldn't have any idea of their schedule, but they could let us know when they sold the drinks to us. I told that to the waitress when she came again to throw us out, she just rolled her eyes over making a face. Pitty, it could have been a nice place. So, make sure that they won't just throw you out before you order.

Expensive wine in plastic cups at Budapest Airport. Great way to neglect your customers and the environment at the same time. 😞

Do not come any near this disgusting cafe. Disgusting behaviour by the employees and the manager. Ignoring costumers, expensive prices and theyre all acting like theyre doing you a favour talking to you and giving you service. They didnt want to pack our food to go! Up ahead there are great cafes do yourself a favour and stay away from this one. No wonder it has low rating!!

A horrible young man worked in the cafe/bar. Unbelievably rude and did not want to do his job at all! Served the wine in dirty glasses, swored when I told him the glass was dirty and overall had a bad attitude.

Extremely poor service. placed my order and it was taken out. I was at the front of the queue waiting to cash out I waited and watched the younger lady at the til serve 2 persons who I was ahead off. I simply left the item and walked away. Truthfully it felt a bit RACIST if you ask me.

Another shambolic review for this dump of a cafe. Apparently it closes at precicely 19:53 or this is what I was told by the incredibly rude lady guarding her products, obviously they aren't there to sell them

Terribly rude service and poor signage. Stopped past here as some of the sandwiches looked fairly good, but unfortunately the company had not put labels up to detail what each contained. Due to this we asked one of the servers, but unfortunately due to language issues she did not understand. As a result she chucked the tongs on the side, rolled her eyes, and walked off... God forbid anyone has an allergy and buys from here! Needs improvement

Very bad and slow service, the staff does their job as if someone is holding a gun to her head. The last time I was here, I bought a coffee, sat down at a table and after 10 minutes one of the staff came to me and said I had to leave because it was closing. Very bad attitude towards customers, when I was buying coffee she could tell me that they were closing, so she literally kicked me out, I didn't even manage to drink coffee. Today I was there again, everyone thinking that the situation has changed, but it hasn't. In front of the customers, one of the staff with red curly hair rolled her eyes a couple of times when several customers asked for something. I have no comments for such a service.

I arrived early in the morning and there were three staff behind the counter. One serving, one putting food on display and one sort of cleaning. The queue moved ridiculously slowly and when I eventually received my drinks, my Latte was lukewarm, and the froth was actually cold. I only gave it 1* because I can't give it nil.

It's a nice place to grab something to eat while you wait for your flight. The seating area is well arranged with some window seats to look out to the runways. The coffee was nice but the food was so so. The service was good and the staff polite.

We ordered their Pistachio cake and chia seeds with cherry. Both were delicious. I love the balance because it was not too sweet! And it makes it more flavourful and the main ingredients pop!

It was my first time there. The waiters were super nice. The atmosphere is fantastic.The coffe and the food was delicious. It's worth coming in here!!

EXQUISITE!!! We had a pistachio cake and a chia dessert (pudding) and they were both heavenly, in fact that would be an understatement. Fabulous! Spacious place, and the calm tones create such a wonderful atmosphere. For airport prices, it is definitely on the affordable side as well. Staff were unbelievable too, positive, helpful and professional! Perfect service! How joyous!!

I specifically asked if croissant was fresh , they said yes but it tasted like a 2 day old leftover 🤢. This happened twice already with them…

Received a tray with 2 beers, which I ended up wearing. I had to ask few times for replacement and had to pay for it with a look as if I’m going to run away without paying.

It is a truly exceptional restaurant with great service and courteous and friendly staff, the time between ordering and waiting is fair and also the price is cheap.I highly recommend it for when you are at the airport and you need to eat or drink something in a lovely place.

Quick and easy service I ordered a coffee and a slice of carrot cake which I recommend without speaking of the guy behind the counter who speaks excellent English I absolutely recommend.

Coffee shop inside Budapest airport. All you need before travel, but not very cheap at all ... On the other hand selection is nice
