Absolutely horrific. Zero stars. From the getgo. Do not rent from this place ever!!! 1. For the pickup you need to call! They are far away from the airport. The driver was nonchalant with zero "customer service" bone. And the rest of the team followed suit. 2. The explanation of their terms included €3000 deposit, explaining that even a 1-cm long scratch will cost upwards of €500 Euros, how the deposit will be deducted and might be processed in 30!!! days, how the car needs to be WASHED and cleaned before returning it. 3. DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've rented cars all over the world but never ever from a company like Klasswagen. When asked for the manager, of course he was not in or reachable ...

I was a bit worried for getting overcharged for made up reasons but it was all correct, very good service. Shuttle was very quick, check-out and check-in were both smooth and easy. They do the usual sale speech to buy their expensive insurance and indeed they seem to have a very strict damage policy but I have my own annual insurance. Car was fairly new with 20k on the clock, very few scratches. I was taking the train from the old Terminal 1 on the way back which is not covered by the shuttle bus but I could reach there with a 10 minutes TIER scooter ride. My only criticism is that the pricing gets way too uncompetitive if you're planning to take the car cross border.

Amazing experience with Klasswagen. Very fast pick up and return. Love that they are working 24 hours and I think they are the only rental company who works 24 hours in Budapest airport. The customer service is very good. They're professional, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The shuttle was very convenient and has air conditioning, a plus. The car rental was nice, clean and worked well for our needs. Overall, everything went very well and I would use their service again.
