We were waiting to ask more info about product, they didn’t even look at us but as soon as some woman with LV bag walked in , the staff was all around her lol. Judging customers by their looks? Really low imo.

Terrible shopping experience in Budapest LV store. we notice at the beginning need to be wait around 20 minutes to get help. We are understood. We are be patient waiting about. The female sales face full of annoying. We even though fears to ask any questions. She keep asking do we understand English, full of discriminate. At the end, we bought a wallet, and I tell her honestly I m upset about her service attitude. With all the communication, with out any smile on her face and she didn’t say any “please” . And she reply: interesting. Highly recommend, if you would like to get some luxury, Gucci across the road, they are much better than LV!

I called today like 10 times and nobody picks-up the phone. I wanted to ask something because I live 300 km far from the shop. Nobody picks-up the phone and they son't call tou back either, I mean It's a luxury boutique not a market.

After making a few purchases, we were waiting about 40 minutes for everything to get packaged. One of the other sales associates asked my 85 year old grandmother to stand up so he could help one of HIS customers to try on shoes. It felt like “we have your money now get out” even though we were waiting for them to process everything.

The service here is absolutely disappointing although it is a international luxury brand. Here is the unpleasant story. A male staff was designated to ask me if I have anything that would like to buy. However, after asking me the question, the male staff started chatting with the female receptionist at the door during all the buying process. Even though I was asking directly to him about the paying method, he just interrupted my enquiry and kept laughing about the conversations between his female colleague and him. After finishing their chat, he spoke to me with a negative attitude as if he was bothered by my enquiry. Don't know if this is normal in Hungary but it never happened in all other Louis Vuitton branches I have been before.

I recently had at the Louis Vuitton store in Budapest, and I believe it's crucial for people to be informed about this. During my visit, the wait time was unreasonably long during freezing winter time, creating a frustrating experience. The store's limited size compounded the issue, resulting in an overcrowded and uncomfortable environment for customers. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of sales representatives, leading to extended waiting periods for assistance.The unfriendly demeanor of the host further exacerbated the dissatisfaction. In the realm of luxury retail, a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere is paramount, yet this was sorely lacking during my visit I would strongly suggest that by any chance you could find another LV store around EU with better store size and adequate sales representatives, please do go and leave the one in Budapest alone

We were very disappointed after visiting the store. This is the worst LV I've ever been in. There are only 2 sellers for the entire store, which creates a queue in which you will have to stand. Sellers are arrogant and impatient. There is no way to choose calmly. Many things in the store are simply not there, because the store is tiny.

Store is definitely not big and choices are limited. Many people review saying the service is not good but the one who served my family is extremely good and professional. Her name is Anna. We are even allowed to leave our purchase in the store while we go sight seeing around Budapest then back to collect before 18:00

Prime example of terrible service from a premium experience retailer! Good range of products for a smaller LV store, but staff are arrogant and dismissive on both my first and return visit the following day - ended up walking out due to the ill mannered nature of the staff!

Was the worst experience of visiting Louis Vuitton. Received very rude attitude from shop assistant. I wanted to order and to pay for bag, she refused to me in that option. Felt myself very much down and broken after whole experience visiting the worst Louis Vuitton in whole Europe.

I had great experience. Store was very busy but they were patient and polite. Zoltán was amazing!! First time shopping here and I’ll be back for sure.

The assistants are way too overworked but still very patient and kind. They come up and help as soon as they can, maybe after a little bit of waiting, which is totally fine and understandable considering the type of store and number of assistants compared to the amount of customers. I've heard some customers had attitude while I was looking around but then two assistants came up to me after to help and they were still very sweet and helped me choose the best product for myself. Thank you girls.

A truly wonderful experience! I don't understand the negative reviews. I went with my mother, we were warmly greeted at the door by a lovely woman and Tajnai Kornél. I had to exchange a bag, which I bought in a different country. There were no problems with the exchange. He kindly showed me all the bags I was interested in, was very patient and even accommodated my mother who is walking with a cane. I was able to get a beautiful bag and he's my wonderful Sales associate now. I will gladly return many many times for other items I am wanting

Great shopping experience in LV Budapest! They professionally managed to work with a lot of people before Xmas. The huge Thanks goes to Reka S. a store manager who was helping us with everything! And the guard on the entrance was very friendly, such a good memory! 100% recommend!

The store is not big but the choices are quite vast but we had to wait for 5-6 mins for someone to assist us but the staff were kind and very helpful

Excellent service. The Sa Ishvan cowach was really sweet and patient. He showed me like 6 plus bags and told me not to in hurry to chose the one I like. Absolutely great experience shopping here. It’s like 15% tax return. Highly recommend here. It’s much better here than south coast LV store
