I don't usually write reviews but MYCOlive deserves this 5/5 rating and even more if it was possible! Last February, I needed to find a place quickly to move to Budapest for about 3 months. Being a digital nomad, my criteria were to have a flat with international roommates to continue practicing my English but also to have a co-working space where I could work. I contacted MYCOlive on Whatsapp and got a response within minutes. I explained my needs and got a proposal the same day. The website is very intuitive, I paid/signed my contract online and was able to move in only 3 days later. All my criteria were met: a spacious fully equipped room in a beautiful flat, amazing international roommates who became my friends and a great co-working space in the heart of Budapest! As I arrived in the middle of the month, the early check-in offered by MYCOlive allowed me not to pay the full month but only the prorate of the remaining days. In Hungary, many landlords keep tenants' deposits based on imaginary damage. This is not the case with MYCOlive who gave me back my deposit the day I left by bank transfer. In a nutshell, nothing to say except that it went by too fast and I can't wait to come back!

A great experience at Baross utca 74, shortened due to the Covid crisis. Mani was really helpful especially in this period. The flate was huge, well designed and very convenient with all facilities/utilities (oven, washing machine, speed WiFi etc....)

İn May and June a group of 8 students and 2 teachers from Ankara the capital city of Türkiye stayed in Budapest in Mycolive flat for 62 days. It had 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was in the city center. Our group was safe, comfortable and had fun in the city center. They could walk to their internship hotels and they could travel easily because the place of the flat was really good. The team helped the group a lot. They are so kind and helpful. I stayed in Budapest for one semester in a MYCOlive apartment and my experience was lovely! The apartment and my room looked just liked the pictures. The apartment was modern, clean and well-equipped. Mani and his colleagues were very helpful in all situations. They replied to our messages almost instantly at all times and always tried to help solve an issue quickly. The apartment was located in the 8th district. It had a very convenient location, it was super close to two metro lines and the tram (the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy but it was safe) . The rent included all utilities which was convenient as well. All in all, I would recommend MYCOlive and I would stay with them again given the chance.

Back in 2017 I stayed in one of Mani’s apartment for 6 months during an Erasmus internship. Centrally located, very close to the center and public transportation. The apartment was very well equipped with all facilities. Even when we had some issues Mani was very reactive and solve quickly the issue during the next days. Enjoyed staying with this company a lot (Budapest)! I really recommend this company as it is cheaper than Airbnb and booking. The check in and out process was really simple, you would do everything on your own and if help needed you had a colleague on whatsapp that would answer really fast. The owner is absolutely a person NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Mani is rude, unprofessional, and no respect for his tenant! Their accomodation in Barcelona is the worst, tiniest space you could possibly be into! I encountered a problem with my visa and asked him nicely if I can shorten the length of my contract from 3 months to 1 but he didn’t like the idea and didn’t listen to me. He replied really rude and unprofessional. The point is on their rules it says it is possible to cancel but the truth is you cannot and he took my €700 deposit instead! Even your reason is out of your control. I wouldn’t deal with this greedy and self-centered guy that the only thing he does is to rip everyone off. Barcelona has a high demand and they wouldn’t have a hard time to find a new tenant like he said to me, when they opened the advertisement for the new apartment within minutes is all booked. That said, he did not care and still let paid for the deposit of the room. There are a lot of descent places, do not believe this guy and their apartment is not worth your money!

Lovely apartment with really nice rooms and good value for money in Budapest. They were very good for fixing and issues we had straight away and it was in a good location really near to our Erasmus colleges and near public transports! We had no issues and had a great time here!
