Awful place. You buy a ticket for 21:00 and they dont tell you this doesnt guarantee you a seat in the ferry. And you wait in a line with 500 people hoping to get into the ferry. When you ask for refund they refuse. Go to the other ferry, Legenda City Cruises, next to it. For 6000HUR you get a reserved seat, nice lobby and a drink

The pin is a bit off from the actual boat stop. My main complaint though is that they overbook each tour and as a result most people are left to wait for an hour to board the next boat! It's also overpriced compared to what you actually get: an underwhelming tour around the city in an uncared for boat. Totally a tourist trap. Would not recommend.

As already mentioned, cards are sold without there being enough space. Appointments are not kept, waiting 2-3 hours guaranteed

TERRIBLE We booked a ticket for the evening tour in the city today (5000 forint per person) According to the man who sold it to us, with this ticket we can go on the tour at 5, 6 or 7 p.m.! When we asked whether there really was a place, we were guaranteed that there wasn't. Problem is coming! We decided to take the 6 p.m. tour We were at the boat dock around 5:50 p.m. and had a bad feeling A snake about 40m long Of course we couldn't get a place on the boat for 6 p.m. We then decided to wait for the 7 p.m. tour (our hope of a place was low) So we waited from 5:50 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. when the outside temperature was around 0°C Getting a place with great difficulty But there were also people who stayed in front of the boat who couldn't get a seat. This is a disgrace!!! The tour itself was quite nice (lasted about 40 minutes - not 60 minutes as promised)

It's clean, pleasant but don't expect to hear anything as the speaker isn't very loud and people have a habit of shouting at one another instead of talking to each other. You're not allowed to take any food or drink onboard, but they do have food and drink to buy once you've boarded.

I do not recommend this evening cruise in winter because the windows fog up and you can't see anything. On the ground there was full of handkerchiefs that people used to try to wipe away but only drops and halos were created on the glass which did not allow the observation of the view. If you resist, you go outside, into the wind and frost, like we did, to be able to see the beauty of Budapest illuminated at night.

The boast a pleasant ride with the boat that is only a waiting area. After waiting they move everybody into a boat that doesn't have enough seating and you can barely see out the windows. Some of the staff is also rude.

We have used this company before and had a great experience, today was different. It's early December and 35 degrees outside. Few issues- 1. Ticket seller said pre-purchase tickets and then go wait inside to stay warm. Nope, we froze outside for 25 minutes. 2. They sold more tickets than seats (probably oversold by 30), as a result people were loud and restless. The windows fogged up, we couldn't see or hear the city tour. 3. The "one hour tour" was 40 minutes dock to dock. 4. We spoke to an employee during the trip and he said "what do you want me to do" then walked away. 5. We spoke to the people in the photo at the dock and explained the issue, the man laughed at us while talking to him. Extremely poor customer service with no resolution or I'm sorry. We felt like this was a waste of time and money. We should have read the reviews first.

A 1 hour trip up the Danube and around the island. English and German commentary provided. Boat pops along at about 3 knots, so good opportunities for camera shots. I got white stains all over me, but they did wipe off. Very strong disel fumes.

A nice tour for 30-45 minutes on the Danube. It happened pretty quickly as the boat went down the river with the current. From here you can take very nice pictures of the beautiful buildings on the bank. Nice and warm, even in colder temperatures. However, in this case the window completely fogs up towards the end of the journey. A pity. The devices that allow you to learn about the city via simple headphones were out or perhaps defective. You can have a drink on the larger boat, which is permanently lashed to the quay. Maybe we should skip the cocktails soon: my Pina Colada for 7 euros tasted more like Sprite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible. They sold the ticket (€13) saying that we could do it any day and that they would be every 20m and that the duration was 1 hour. When we arrived to catch the 5.20pm boat, they made us line up saying it would leave at 6.30pm. In the end it left at 7pm and lasted only 35m. More than 1h30 in the cold. Among other things, inside the ship there was no function for clearing the windows, so with the cold December there was very little view. Not recommended

Bad experience. Bought tickets for 9PM, the queue had people with 9PM, 9.30 and 10PM tickets, those in charge cut the queue before half could go aboard because they sold to many tickets (but for the 9.30 and 10PM boats they let everyone inside even though they were overcrowded) and we had to wait 1hr in the same place because the 9.30PM boat was leaving at a dif dock with a big queue there as well... nobody informed us, the ticket lady didnt even look at the tickets... we went overcrowded with the 10PM boat but waited 1 hr outside in the chilling wind on the dock... honestly not worth the price and waiting time. no free drinks, no speakers, no headphones, no information, the tourists were loud and didnt stay at their seats... would not come again to these scammers...

For a few euros you get the basic knowledge what to check out later during your visit in Budapest. It realy worths to see the main attractions from a different point of view.

Tourist scam! They oversell tickets without having a gaurantee to be seated on boat. Expect waiting 1.5hrs in queue if you opt for this ride. Pay a little extra and choose other companies

We took the hope on off boat. Was too crowded we couldnt sit. Just follows the ferry line. Ferry line is near the same place i would take city ferry next time. Same as tourist boat, it goes to margaret island and comes back. Pre recorded tour guide was poorly written. A few times used the word "turks" as a race. Unfortunately turks took our beautiful city etc. It is history and better to say ottoman empire instead of a race name, secondly if it is a historic tour, you can not say "we" has to say the name of the king or whoever was in power. As i said poorly written text, no where to sit, people are pushing each other. View is spectecular, tour was a pain.

Very poorly organized for the tour at night. Too many people waiting to get on the only boat that offers service every 60 minutes. We had a wait time of almost 3 hours.

It is the cheapest because the organization is the worst. We have paid 5000 ft each. The 19:00 boat on Saturday overbooked We have been waiting in line for 3 quarters of an hour. A full boat left at 7:07 p.m. and here we are another 300 waiting and no one tells us anything It is worth paying a little more and having a better service

I was very disappointed as we were promised an hour cruise and we were only on the boat for 45 minutes. As well as that we were told that there would be an audio guide which we never received. I would not recommend

The brand new boat departs from an easy to access location every 30 minutes. The ship has buffet and audio guide. The price is very reasonable, so this is perhaps the most practical way to get to know beautiful Budapest.

Do not hire it, the employees who collect your ticket from the entrance are poorly educated, incompetent, ridiculous and bad people, they did not allow us to enter with children and they insulted us .. A very unpleasant situation that bothered us the whole trip .. Hire Better the boat next door they were very friendly.

Avoid this company at all costs. The biggest scam you can find to navigate the Danube. They sell tickets for a specific time without limit and leave you outside in an eternal queue until another boat comes after half an hour or more. We did not read reviews and we took out the ticket without informing ourselves. They do not give solutions or refund the money because they close the information booth as soon as after 7 p.m.

Very good experience, incredible view. I advise you to do it after dark. Around €12.50 per person for 30-40 minutes. Little advice, we took the 6 p.m. boat, come 45 minutes before to be the first in the queue to be at the top outside of the boat.
